Location of the property which is very close to Golden Temple

If you are looking for Very neat and clean room, bed, bathroom, pillow, blankets, kettle, wardrobe, furniture, tv panel than this property is not for you.

Choked shower drain, 1 welcome water bottle for 3 members, no readymade tea/coffee provisions in room. These are basic stuff.

Although our booking was confirmed but when we arrived at the hotel, the room was not ready and we were made to wait at the reception area. Bathroom was also very dirty and dusty. They had put used toilet paper roll in the bathroom instead of new one. The bedsheet was also torn and they didn’t even replace it even after I brought this to their attention. Poor customer service from reception staff. Overall our stay wasn’t a good one given the amount of money they charge - the service was poor.

Good location, 10-15 min walk from Golden Temple and Jalliawala Bagh, Hotel staff behavior was exceptional. Good breakfast.

We liked the central location. The property has a lift. The staff is friendly. The rooms are modern and the showers are nice. The overall experience was quite pleasant.

Because of the central location it is quite noisy outside of the hotel. The restaurant at the property is a bit weird. It feels like a cafeteria and not a proper place to eat. We only had a snack in the evening and it was ok, nothing to rave about.
