Nearly all of it very clean & comfortable.

No Toaster it really needs one you have a kettle fridge and microwave but no toaster ? & had a problem with the shower and temp and a very fine spray needs a new shower or 100% a new shower head.

Only minor thing was there were no towels only Hand Towels.

The room was well presented, clean, tidy, in a good location. The family were friendly and helpful. The facilities were good and well kept. Overall we had a good comfortable stay.

Location is useful for where we wished to be. Layout of the facility is challenging for elderly or handicapped people. For a one night it is ok.

Parking is problematical. The bed is only accessible from one side, being in an alcove. It is comfortable. There was only 1 towel provided. That was small. No drinking glasses. No spoons. Although there is a kettle, fridge, washing machine, decent shower, micro-wave provided. Seems the host has not thought through what to provide for itinerant travellers.
