Das Zimmer hat mich positiv überrascht. Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Check-in und -out liefen sehr unkompliziert. Durch die Fenster zum Innenhof war es sehr ruhig.

Ich habe die beschriebene Rezeption nicht finden können, gibt es überhaupt eine? Hat mich nicht groß gestört, Aber vielleicht könnte man das noch besser beschrieben.

Buona posizione (ameno parco con laghetto a due passi) anche se non vicinissima al centro. Metro abbastanza vicina.

Bagno così così, non tutto a posto. Solo una saponettina (no shampoo, no bagno schiuma). Cucina mignon, utile solo per colazione. Letto comodo.

Decor was a little old and shabby, the whole building was a bit run-down, loud neighbours.

Everything was clean, some thing looked used, but it didn’t bother us. Very comfortable bed, easy to find, very satisfied with the cleanliness.

When we opened the window, there were a lot of cigarette butts, DISGUSTING for me as a non-smoker. Some ashtray would be nice I guess.

It was close to metro station

It was an old property with very basic amenities Wi-Fi signal wouldn’t work on the 4th floor Kitchen has was available but no utensils to cook microwave was available but no bowl available

The location and the facilities of the room are good for this price.

The internet connection was not good

I didn’t like the customer support. And the doors were not working with the blue chip which was difficult when arrivinbr late in the night. And at the day of the arrival I didn’t receive the key where it was supposed to be. It was resolved after waiting but i do think customer service shall be improved

The location is very good. The beds were comfortable. There was a small emergency, but the hosts came and fixed it very quickly which is nice.

The wi-fi signal was very poor, and therefore I couldn't use my computer. Toilet flush is a little bit weird.

All in all fine place to stay - everything one needs. Nice to have a kettle. Good for those who need to arrive late at the weekend to have pin key pick up.

My flat at the top of the building was fronted by a row of washing machines. Someone decided to put their washing on at a random time and when I was awakened by a terrifying noise and I checked my watch it was after 2pm. Of course it took me a minute to understand what I was hearing was the machine entering a long spin cycle, but much longer to calm down and go back to sleep. Nothing wrong with the place. As a woman travelling on my own I probably wouldn't choose to rush back to it. In company I would definitely consider it. Just a feeling. I stayed there on a Sunday via pin key pick up. Nobody in the office - as was to be expected though. Tv satelite didn't work too well, but wasn't relevant for me. Shame about the above incident - definitely affected my judgement of the place, as I admit readily.

Clean room, efficient key retrival systems, beautifull area to walk around, close to transport systems, cordial staff and incredible price/quality ratio. Reccomended

Might be a german standard but I found the bed was a bit too stiff and the pillow too fluffy. But could not complain too much for the price.

Perfect for a single traveler for one weekend. REWE and U-Bahn next door.

Good location, U-Bahn nearby and a Rewe in the corner of the street. I stayed in room 42 and everything would have been fantastic, despite the fact that room is small and the TV is just to occupy space (only 7 news German channels available). There is a refrigerator, a microwave oven and a water mug with heating, also the minimum needed for a kitchen, but no gas or electric cooker. The bathroom is very small, a normal human could not sit in a normal position on WC because of the sink mask. The terrible thing that destroy my nights was the bathroom fan which was connected direct to the electrical installation outside and not to be start or stopped with the electrical button for bathroom, as it would have been normal. Its noise is audible even with ear plugs. The owner should remedy this inconvenient because otherwise the place is not bad at all.

The bathroom fan, as I mentioned above, also the quality of wi-fi link is very poor at the last floor. On the other hand, being from European Union, I used roaming for dates, as the cost is very low.

Good overall

In the apartment we could hear the noise from the building entrance - it may need a better soundproofing.
