Staff was Good

Washroom and Bathroom was having Broken Taps, Toilet camode was shaking from bottom while in use.... Bed was also Shaky and not good....Matress on the bed was very uncomfortable while sleeping.

Host informed us that they have given the place to another person even though we made the booking early than the other person so because of this we were left on the midroad and we searched for another room.

They had withdrawn the facility of providing breakfast 2 yrs back but not updated. We were totally disappointed since there was no pure veg restaurant nearby to our cottage. No cable connection for TV. Only One plug point was available. More over room size 12×10 only ,not as same as updated . Wardrobes were not painted with partly finished and no hangers for keeping dresses. Turned bed spreads were given with dirty pillows. No night lamp in the room. No spring bed provided. It is located 3km from bus stand , Recommended for bachelor's not advisable for family. Pl do not book sight seeing in this cottage. We had booked muthumalai package after bargaining for Rs 400 where he demanded Rs. 450/- but when we travelled. Other passenger were paid Rs. 350 only ( booked in lake view 3 star rated hotel). NOT WORTH FOR RS.3600 PER NIGHT FOR 4 ADULTS FOR THIS TYPE OF COTTAGE.

Room service should improve. Hot water should available 24 hours. Cleaning of bedspread should be done after departure of every guest. Hot water for drinking should be available at every Room as updated in booking.com.

Nothing to like abt the room

No parking facilities, no drinking water, no proper service

worth for money.time well spent and secure place.

Online the cottage shown was diff with proper parking space and near to sone points while actually provided was a diff one in market with no proper space for parking
