Communication was great. Property was clean. Nice location. Lots of stuffed for cooking and toiletries in rooms. Plenty of stuff for a comfortable stay. Liked it a lot.

Property was in a great location and easy to get to. Able to park in the garage. 2 flights of stairs and huge backyard. We were able to build a sled path to sled in the backyard. Huge kitchen and fridge. All TVs have Roku. Air hockey table was not functioning for our stay. High chairs and pack and play available.

We had a great time at the property. It’s a good central location and we were able to make it to Kirkwood and Heavenly. The kitchen is huge and fun for cooking. The house stays warm in winter and the hot tub is in a great location so easy to jump into after a long day on the slopes.

We had a wonderful stay with our whole family including dogs. The house was easy to find, clean and well stocked with towels, bathroom supplies and a full kitchen that we were able to create an entire Christmas Dinner in. The only thing that we should have paid more attention to is that the second primary bedroom downstairs has no door for privacy or keeping dogs downstairs with us while we were sleeping. The location is so central to anything you might need like groceries, snow tubing, skiing, hiking! The yard was great for the dogs and had a convenient exterior door off the downstairs bedroom. All in all we would certainly consider staying again!

I came here with a group of friends. The living space and bedrooms were plenty to spend a cozy weekend in. The backyard was huge and fun to sled on. There’s plenty of stores not too far either! Erik was very responsive and accommodating to some additional requests I had, highly recommend this home for a large family or friend group!

We were here over Thanksgiving week and it was a perfect stay for our family and friends. Had everything we needed to host and was in a very quiet area. Would recommend to everyone

This is the second time staying at this place and we had a great time again. Clean place with large Great room so all our family can enjoy together. This year we enjoyed the nearby trail every morning on our walks. Erik is great and always makes sure we aren't having any issues. Thanks again!

Stayed here for my son’s wedding. Large 3-generation get together. Nice space to cook, chat (indoor and outdoor), play games, and just enjoy family time. Super clean and well-stocked for family meals. Just outside of town, but easy, quick access to all parts of South Lake Tahoe.

The stay was great. Communication with the property manager was clear and easy. Check in was easy and the house was well stocked and very clean. The kitchen, living area, deck, hot tub and outdoor space were all superb.

I don’t feel good about leaving a mediocre review because the property manager (Erik) is really great, but I have to let others know that the house sits right on Pioneer Trail and the road noise is very loud. It’s probably less of an isssue in the winter, but there’s a need to open the windows at night in summer so the noise just projects into the house. Also the deck has the same issue with very loud road noise so not peaceful at all being outside. Overall the house is good, but the road noise made it feel like we weren’t relaxing in Tahoe.

The house was large with 6 bedrooms, great living room kitchen and several decks, so there were opportunities for 8 adults to have space from each other when we wanted. The furnishings were nice and there were lots of dishes, pots and pans. The stove didn't work well; two of the burners were out and then the oven stopped working. The manager was right on top of it; sending handymen out twice to try to fix it. One of the bedrooms had dirty sheets, but the rest were fine. It's a large, spread-out house and must be difficult for the cleaning staff to monitor everything. My biggest complaint was the traffic noise from the highway below the house- especially from the decks. I don't think it bothered anyone else in our party. I was just hoping for more peace and quiet in the mountains. The house is on three floors, so there are a lot of stairs. There is no landscape yard area so all of us stayed in the house when we were there. We enjoyed the hot tub and the master bath has comfortable Jaccuzi and large shower. All in all, it was a good stay.

This is my second time staying at this house. The first time was with a group of friends and this time was with family. The house is fabulous! We all loved the kitchen and family room. It is so open and big! The house was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed. We had 6 adults and 4 kids in our group. Lots of space for everyone and we all loved the hot tub. The house is in a great location and easy to get to lake activities. Erik was very responsive and easy to contact. Thanks!!

The house was amazing and exactly as described in the listing. There are other homes near by but not super close and we did not hear the neighbors. No bear issues either. The hot tub was amazing and we'd definitely love to stay there again. Erik was super responsive and helpful!

This was a surprise for my daughter going into a 4-6 month surgery. Also her birthday. We had family fly in from Hawaii and friends drive up from Reno. Erik was even able to give me an hour early check in to prep for our gathering/decorations. Erik communicated with me before I even booked the home. He was very quick and responding and very compassionate about our situation. The house enormous and beautiful, enough to have a gathering of 18 people and sleep 12. We would stay here again if we need a place to stay in South Tahoe

The place was perfect for our family reunion. Had a couple issues at the beginning but Eric was great, and had things cleared up within a day. The owners were very accommodating when we asked if there was a high chair they ended up ordering a highchair, and it was delivered the next day. Only thing I would change is maybe putting a dresser downstairs there was nowhere to put your clothes if you took them out of your suitcase, I would recommend this place 100%.

The property was very big and fit our group of 10 comfortably along with our 2 small dogs. Location was nice and felt very remote, however it is off a busier street where you will hear car traffic go by. A few things to note, the water pressure for certain sinks were non-existent, and the cold water pressure was not great in the kitchen sink. However, I let Erik know and he let us know that it was fixed for others staying after us. The kitchen stove top is a little outdated, and being that it is a big house for a big group, a dual oven/updated stove top would be ideal to help facilitate cooking larger meals. Other than that, it was great stay. Erik is very communicative which was very appreciated.

Fits our whole family!

Huge kitchen. Hot tub on the balcony was nice. Plenty of space for parking with garage. Beds were comfortable. Manager was very responsive.

The home was fabulous for our group!! It was 10 adults and 2 children. A plus was the snow in the backyard with snow toys that kept the kids busy for hours! The hot tub was an amazing addition. This was a beautiful home/property. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. We all had a great time here. The house had a nice size yard and plenty space for cars to park. The only thing that I would note is that the 2nd suite doesn’t seem separated because there is no door, it’s just stairs. We loved it though!!

Such a lovely home and 5 minutes to Heavenly Village! We very much enjoyed the house, lots of room for everyone!

Overall, I recommend for a family stay if your main criteria include large space, pet-friendliness, and responsive property mgmt team. Couldn’t give 5 stars due to cleanliness and value. Pros: Spacious, comfortable home for a family weekend Tahoe trip. Dog-friendly. Large 3 car garage. Location is excellent. Property mgmt team was quick and responsive with communication. Cons: Home is run down, needs a deep clean. Lots of stains, scratches through out the home (on the wall, floor, carpet). The wood floors upstairs were sticky. Decorative pillows were very dirty. These factors made the home lose a lot of value as a guest. Did not feel like the price tag matched the home. Lastly, there was a lengthy process for owner’s final approval which required guest names, contact info, and other details (city/state, age etc). First time I’ve encountered this kind of request with a booking, so wasn’t expecting this.

Great house for our large group, close to Sierra at Tahoe, restaurants and stores. Lots of snow during our trip but house still remained accessible. Great sledding and snow play right outside the house. Very spacious kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Hope to stay again
