Rooms were tiny. Not big enough for a family. Tv was broken. Toilet seat was broken. People were throwing rubbish off the balconies into the pool area at the children.

Disappointed to see the cut back this hotel has made since our previous 2 stays In particular, the “revised” breakfast setup. Only 1drink permitted at breakfast. Ie EITHER coffee or juice. If you want both , there is an additional charge ! Very disappointing as I like several coffees at breakfast time ! Also the teas and milk were not replenished in our room.

Everything, location was great, rooms were so spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed! Staff were so friendly and helpful (very welcoming) The ambience and the beautiful smell as soon as you enter the property was 10/10! I would have LOVED to stay longer. We had the best trip here..

Dont like this hotel at all. They dont have parking facilities. The staff didnt remind us there is clear zone right in front of the hotel. We arrived super late on the day of arrival due to the delay of the flight, with two kids, so we parked the car in front of the hotel, but didnt see the sign clearly. When staff could kindly remind us when we are doing the check-in and requesting for a parking, since they probally know the area better than us,, In the next day, our car had been towed away....

Comfortable place walking distance from southbank and other attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall happy with our choice.

Parking is too expensive. Lift is little bit difficult to use for couple of the elderly guest in our extended family. We booked 3 rooms for our extended group and each were allocated a different floor and in order to visit each other it was little bit difficult.

Services on desk at arrival and departure. My wife felt she was poorly treated on arrival while she waited for me to park the car, she was told she had no access to the room without my ID, even with her name on the booking, they were happy to accept her money to pay for the room, plus a deposit, but not provide a key for access until I arrived. I believe this was a manager, not just reception staff. At departure told there is no provision for ACCOR points or acknowledgement didn't help but then told our deposit may take up to 5 days for return is ridiculous. These things must make it difficult for the reception staff, who apart from the manager were helpful and apologetic.

i didn’t like how the photos were different to the actual room we got, $1000 for what we got was not worth it and when we asked if it was possible to change our rooms the staff member was not nice about it she had a very bad attitude, the staff member proceeded to say “you got what you paid for” and it was new years we wanted to enjoy our time and her attitude was not necessarily especially on NYS

Great space for me and my 7 yr old son. He enjoyed the heated pool.

The hotel was on Southbank, Melbourne and was within walking distance to the Yarra river and the shopping district. The hotel was very modern and had rooftop bar, pool and laundry facilities in the apartment.

Beautiful lobby, good location - walking distance to a lot of things. Once we got to level 8 the room was so much nicer, cleaner, comfy beds, no smell like there was on level 2 and it was quiet.

We had booked for 4 nights. Originally checked in and were on level 2. We could not sleep, it was SO loud with all the traffic, trams and trucks and people yelling and screaming all night on the roads at the bp and MacDonalds across the road. When we let reception know, the man was dismissive and had no intention of helping. The lady was so lovely, understood we had left our families to travel over and needed sleep and if we could move to a different room. She made it happen and we were so pleased with her help and attitude. Level 2 also had a bad smell through the lifts and also coming into the apartment. Was very happy to leave and move to level 8. It would have been nice to have been compensated for the original 2 nights we had absolutely no sleep and spent a lot of money on for the accommodation.

Would rather have been higher up. Level 3 still struggled with street noise and lighting when it came to sleeping. Beds were comfy.

The location was fantasic, close walk to the Casino and nearby restaurants etc. A longer, but dooable walk to placed like DFO and MCG. Staff was lovely and the available food was great.

The rooms and bathrooms were tiny! The storage in the rooms wasn't great and would make it really difficult for a long stay.

My recent stay at the Airbnb hotel was nothing short of a complete nightmare. I can confidently say that the staff service was one of the worst I have encountered in all my travels. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, it seemed like the staff was determined to make my stay as unpleasant as possible. The staff seemed to be mildly racist and only responded well to certain customers. They asked us to get out own bags to the rooms when we could clearly see them help other customers who checked in just then. They were very impatient with answering our questions and felt like they wanted to be done with us. We drove 10 hours to this location and were greeted with nothing but disrespect, which was beyond horrible. The most appalling aspect of the staff service was their total disregard for guests' needs and concerns. I had a few issues during my stay that required assistance, but every time I tried to reach out to the staff, they were either unresponsive or outright rude. It felt as though they were doing us a favor by letting us stay at their property, rather than understanding that we were paying guests deserving of respect and basic courtesy. We found cigarette ash on the toilet seat and told the room service to please take car of it, but even after mentioning it, it wasn't clean the next day. Makes me wonder if they even bothered to clean anything else. In conclusion, my experience at this Airbnb hotel was nothing short of a nightmare, primarily due to the appalling staff service. The lack of professionalism, indifference to guests' needs, and disregard for basic cleanliness and amenities make it impossible for me to recommend this property to anyone. I urge potential guests to look elsewhere for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, as this place falls far short of even the most basic hospitality standards. I hope the owner of this hotel sees this so he can let some of the staff go that are ruining his business.

Clean and comfortable. Great facilities with a lovely outdoor heated pool, sauna and steam room. We stayed on our honeymoon and they gifted us a lovely bottle of red to celebrate. Which was lovely! Kitchen supplies, microwave and washing machine which was useful. We needed parking for one night and although the hotel had parking at quite a significant cost, that were kind enough to tell us that the daily rate for the crown parking was a third of the price and very close.

Room was quite small and bed was only small for the price of the room. A bit further walk from the city than realised, but close to crown promenade.

There was very poor communication about check in. I came for a bridal expo and was having a little hen do for the night and my time in the city was ruined by the complications on check in. There were missing amenities from the room. No duvet cover on the duvet. Advertised as sound proof rooms but you can hear everything going on in the hall way. $930 for one night and having such a horrible time, I wish I'd cancelled and found somewhere else.
