The fact that there was a pull-out couch and a futon made it so our kids each got their own beds, which resulted in less fighting, which is usually the goal of a vacation :). Location of course is amazing.

The location is fabulous! Super cute quiet place. Plenty big for my mom and I to stay. It was a little hard to find in the dark but some nice gentleman pointed us in the right direction. Super clean.

Very nice property, comfortable, has everything you need. Great view of Main Street right out the front windows. Reserved parking spot right across from front door. Big comfortable bed with comfortable comforter and pillows. No reason to look anywhere else!

What a great spot overlooking the main drag. The apartment is cozy spot to relax before and after a day of activities.

My friend of decades and I stayed at this sweet apartment overlooking the Main Street. It was lovely viewing the passers by as we sipped our coffee. Loved that we didn’t need to move our car at all from start to finish! The only small drawbacks were that the lighting isn’t bright enough for old people and there was a bit too much dust. Otherwise it was great!

Within steps of everything right on main street plus reserved parking spot on-site. This is especially nice because finding a parking place in season is not an easy task in Galena. Lots of room and well equipped with a full kitchen for the price of a hotel room.

Nice, clean, comfy place! We try to book this one every year because we provide music for the Galena Country Fair; the location is perfect! Very quiet, too!

The location is perfect. The entrance is on Bench St but you overlook Main St and all the action.

This place was perfect! Within walking distance to most everything we wanted to see. Place was clean and had adequate space for 3 people. We really enjoyed the little outside patio in the evenings. The big burner on the stove does not work, which makes a little difficult to cook. We also had trouble getting the toilet to shut off. But overall it was a wonderful place to stay, and we plan to rent again this next spring.

I am very detailed when it come to house keeping, ceiling fans have alot of thick dust on blades ,otherwise we enjoyed very well suppied with all items you need in a home like setting thank you!

We really enjoyed our time in this Galena apartment. It was so nice to be able to park at the apartment and be within walking distance to everything! The apartment had everything we needed and more and the bed was very comfortable. We hope to stay here again soon!

Loved it. The area was great. Once we parked we walked everywhere. The only thing the unit didn’t have was sugar and creamer for our coffee.

It was a great place to stay for a short visit. The apartment is smaller than it looks online - but for location and access to downtown, it was perfect for a two night stay. Very comfortable furniture and close to the apartment’s parking spot. Very clean and smoke free.

What a great place to stay, right on Main Street, comfortable bed and very clean

We were barely in the house as we only stayed one night. The location couldn’t be more perfect! Small and quaint but enough room for my sister and myself. The parking spot was wonderful as well rather than trying to find parking on the street. The back deck is super cute but I was thinking it faced the main street so we didn’t sit there much. Overall I would stay there again! It was so nice to be able to rent for just ONE night…so many have 2-3 night minimum stay.

Perfectly located in downtown Galena. Enjoyed two tours; Historic Trolley Tour and Ghost Tour. The apartment is very basic, but did the job.

Charming converted attic apartment situated above main street shops. Entrance is on the street behind; surrounding buildings aren't as picturesque as those on main street but don't let that deter you as the apartment is centrally located and has its own dedicated parking spot across the street. Walking distance to everything! Main bed and sleeper sofa were both very comfortable. Main bedroom is separated from living area (where sleeper sofa is located) by a wide hallway containing a sleeper futon. Main bedroom and living area share one bathroom via Jack-and-Jill doors. A bit of an unusual layout but to be expected with an attic conversion. Adjoining rooftop patio was very nice! No view but comfortable and charming. 2 extra outdoor seats are provided seating a total of 4.

This place was in a perfect location. The place was clean and well kept. We will definitely be staying here again!
