Good size apartment, plenty of space. Unassuming entrance off the main road. The apartment is well equipped with a washing and dishwasher (but unfortunately no tablets supplied, to use them)... all the kitchen equipment is basic but adequate. The bed was very comfortable, good towels and the apartment was very clean. Plenty of elec sockets throughout. Good WiFi. The bathroom, hall and kitchen lights operate on sensors which we liked. Good communications with the owner, keypad access at street and the apartment. There is a supermarket just across the road (Good casual dining restaurant there called, Bacon Bar and Diner) and a fruit and veg shop just around the corner. It cost 20 Lev, in a taxi from the airport. It's quite a distance from the center of Sofia, however there are buses, trams and the Metro all nearby and public transport is very reasonable. 12 minute walk to the Metro. In summary, this apartment suited our needs and is reasonably priced for what it offers.

I liked very much the digital idea of the Hotel. It's amazing it reminds me the futuristic movies. Very tasty coffe.

I didn't like that I could hear the neighbours, but ok, You can hear the neighbours only in the kitchen. I didn't like that the door in the shower cabine was installed only one instead of two.

The location was great for us and the apartment and complex are overall very nice and well kept.

The drainage system was quite bad so the smell in the bathroom was not ideal. We rented the apartment for a duration of 2 weeks and no cleaning was provided in this period. Better pillows are needed.

The best place to stay, spotless, modern, comfy and no mater that the apartment looks to the boulevard, it's quiet and I got a great sleep. I'm definitely coming back!

All facilities were new, very hi-tech, very neat and clean. All the extras were provided for cleaning, showering, cooking, comfortable bed and couch for relaxing, A lot of different coloured mood lighting, sensors for auto lighting when walk into different parts of the apartment. Big Screen TV that is bigger than most apartments. Good security as cameras are well positioned and monitored for your safety. Keyless electronic code entrance to the property and apartment. The property owner also responded very fast via Booking.com or directly to any requests or queries we had about anything. Big thank you to Rossen and Lilia for all your assistance.

It seems to be a common thing with all apartments in Bulgaria, but we would prefer a completely closed shower without an open section that allows the whole bathroom to be soaking in water, even if there is a drain to let the water flow away. The rest of the family still needs to use the wet bathroom after you shower.
