We had a great time here and love having the tiki restaurant right there. We were there during a tropical storm but stayed in the water during. Beach wasn't too crowded which I liked. The 8th floor hallway smelled like smoke a lot of the time. The front desk said there's nothing they can do, but there are signs all over the property saying it's non smoking and the penalty is you can get kicked out. Also was a bit sandy inside the condo, but no biggie. It was plenty of space for our fam of 5 and overlooked the beach.

I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a nice, clean, and calm place. Property manager was very accommodating to requests we had and even sent a handyman immediately to fix a doorknob that came off. 10/10!

This property is amazing, our family stayed here for just a few short days, however the views, location and amenities were excellent. William is a wonderful host and we definitely hope to be repeat guests. One of the best facilities we've stayed in and would heartily recommend !

This condo is just as described. It has everything you need and more. It was clean and ready for me and my family. Everything was comfortable and homey. Bill was very easy to work with and is kind and generous. I would definitely stay here again if I come back. I'm going to recommend this condo to any family and friends that want to visit Ft. Lauderdale. Thank you for our wonderful vacation!

Great spot- beautiful location. Was great to have the balcony when kids were napping or just relaxing out of the sun. Had all the things for kids— pack n play, ton of kid toys, games, crayons etc. Basic kitchen utensils. The bar attached to hotel/resort was nice- didn’t try the Italian place. Had groceries delivered (thanks instacart) and a couple of meals door dashed- was easy! The building itself could use some updating but apartment itself was clean and tidy. Easy to walk around outside - easy walk to fun area for kids (Aruba, the pier etc). Would come again.

We stayed with our 4 kids over spring break. The unit was very nice. Clean, well-stocked, great views. While I cannot speak to the other 51 weeks of the year, I would not recommend this specific resort for families with younger kids, at least not during spring break timeframe. pros: Unit is clean, as pictured. Loved the beach chairs/toys. Gorgeous oceanfront view. Pool was warm, beach is very nice and convenient. Front staff was helpful, as was Shelley. Unit is well insulated, so despite the fact that the bar is open until 2-3am, we honestly slept great with sound machines. Cons: The unit needs new smoke detectors. This was brought up upon check in and was dismissed by staff. Hard wired or not, sensors go bad over time and these were clearly yellowed and very old. The college/spring break atmosphere was at times, out of control. A fight broke out on the resort beach, we reported full cans of beer being thrown from the 9th floor onto the pool area. We were unable to enjoy the balcony with our kids due to bad language screamed across balconies throughout the day. At night the bar was very loud when sitting outside, we couldn’t hear the ocean well and thus didn’t want to spend a lot of time out there. Coming from the snowy Midwest hopeful to enjoy the ocean sounds, this was a big negative for us. We honestly loved our unit, it is nice and well maintained, but would not recommend this resort specifically over the spring break time frame for anyone with young kids.

The location and view from this property can't be beat. We loved having with Bamboo Restaurant right downstairs, and the Italian restaurant, too. The shops and restaurants in the surrounding area were so convenient. Shelley, the property manager, was wonderful, and always available and so happy to help us. The unit is a little older and shows some signs of wear. We found the living room furniture to be very worn and in need of replacing; the cushions sank in so much that we had to use bed pillows to prop us up and give some support. Also, the unit was not as clean as we would have liked when we checked in; and we found ourselves rewashing the dishes and cutlery, along with cleaning the toilets and bathroom floors. All in all, though, the unit is very nice, and we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the beach and all the amenities the property had to offer.

Worst stay ever.. Room was dirty. Outdated. We could see from balcony how dirty the pool was. You have to walk through the tiki bar with tables to go around to get to beach. On our floor there was prostitution and drugs going on. Several different scummy scummy people knocking on the door with backpaks tgen they would leave through the stairs. The whole floor smelled like strong fish. Front desk do not care abt anything. TRUST ME DO NOT STAY HERE. Trashy and unsafe.

If you are looking to stay right on the beach, this is the place to stay. You can't beat the beautiful sunrise! The only negative that I found was the internet speed. It made it difficult to stream the tv.

The unit was a very spacious 2-bedroom property. Full kitchen and all the dishes, utensils and other goodies to prepare a meal. Bedrooms were great in size and the master bedroom was a corner space with a huge 2-sink vanity. Communication with the property manager, Shelley, was nothing short of awesome. She showed us every little detail upon check-in and provided a mini-concierge service. She is only a call or text away, should you need anything. The view to the ocean, pool and beach is great. It was windy during our stay and we never turned the air conditioner on, simply left the sliding door open a bit and listened to the waves crash on the beach, it was truly bliss. Would highly recommend this place to book. Excellent property.

Stayed here October 2023. Condo was clean and fully stocked. The beach chairs were really appreciated. Shelly (property manager) was excellent. She gave us a lot of information to enjoy our stay. Will probably try to come back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance to the ocean, pool, tiki bar, restaurants, grocery store, and liquor store. Place is a little outdated, but worth the stay. Great property management to work with and communication was quick and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

The condo was beautiful. The views of the ocean and morning sunrise fro my bedroom were exceptionally amazing. It was the best location right on the beach with a pool and a restaurant with a tiki bar. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need which was really wonderful. Can’t wait to go back again.

Facing the ocean and sitting on the balcony is special. Everyone will love that. Plenty of space in the unit for two couples. Lot's seating and enough glasses, tableware and cupboard space. Good beds. Plenty of towels. Great location. We walked to Lauderdale by the Sea and down towards 33rd street...music is close. Host was excellent.

We stayed here with our four kids ages 18,17,15 and 11. It was great having two bathrooms and a kitchen. The view can’t be beat! The balcony was frequently used by all. The washer/dryer is a bonus! We had a beach chair and umbrella at our disposal. Note: on windy days splurge (10$) for a rental. Shelley was available for check-in and gave great recommendations for attractions, restaurants and transportation. We truly enjoyed our stay.

You can't beat the view over looking the pool and ocean from the ceiling to floor windows in the master bedroom. Shelley did an excellent job checking us in and showing us the ropes as well as providing the beach chairs, and toys we needed. There was a minor problem with one of the toilets which she immediately addressed. The unit was clean, up to date, well maintained, and equipped with plenty of beach towels. The garbage disposal seemed to be jammed, but we didn't need it. The six of us were very comfortable there. With the pool and beach near each other our grandchildren became fish. The location couldn't be much more convenient. All necessities, grocery store, liquor store. surf shop, etc. are a short 5 min walk away, and the center of Lauderdale by the Sea is a 20 min. walk or short shuttle ride (free) away. The Tiki bar on site tended to be busy, but has good food and a dedicated service staff. The Italian restaurant on site was excellent, and is apparently a go-to for the area. We'd stay there again.

This condo is very spacious and well lit. It has nice bathroom fixtures and nice quality furniture. There were sufficient dishes and nice linins. The only problems we ran into were a disposal that didn't work, but we didn't ask to have it repaired as we were too busy, and a can opener that malfunctioned. There is a little room for improvement in that there was only one wine glass and no bathmats. None the less, I would highly recommend this property.

Condo was perfect for our party of 4. Had beautiful views of the ocean and pool. The tiki bar was hoppin' every night, but couldn't hear it in the unit. Condo was outfitted nicely, and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time. Condo and balcony overlooking pool and beach. Beautiful sunrise and beach. Shelly, the property manager, was fantastic. Easy welcome and departure. Great recommendations on how to get around, restaurants, attractions, etc. Condo had everything we needed and was clean as well.
