酒店前台员工服务都非常好，服务态度满分

1. 酒店没有在任何介绍中提及是在墓地旁边，如果早点标识出来的话，我不会考虑订这个酒店 2. 分配房间的时候也没有告知客人酒店房间一打开窗就是墓地，当时真的把人吓到了 3. 不管是否会影响生意，都应该在预定房间的时候告知这一点，毕竟有客人真的会很在意，这导致我每天晚上都睡得不好，床旁边的窗户一打开就是直接看到墓地，早上一大早也会有人在祭拜，会被吵醒 4. 房间隔音极差，楼上房间的人只要在走动都会听到地板一直在响，是会影响到作息的程度

ゲストサービスセンターにてチェクインと荷物を預けることができて、身軽で行動できて良かったです。 ゲストセンターの方に観光のことを聞いたら、とても親切にバス停を教えていただき助かりました。

部屋に設置の「お茶・コヒー」もう少し、美味しいものに変更していただけると、もっと満足度がアップすると私は思います。

前回宿泊した時に上階室の物音が気になったので相談したところ、今回は最上階のお部屋をご用意下さいました。部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかったです。

到着時間を伝えていましたが、フロントにどなたもおられなく、何度か声掛けしましたが出てこられなかったので、電話してチェックインしたい旨を伝えると、スタッフ室からsorry(日本スタッフ)とだけ言って出て見えました

Bus outside and proximity to public transport.

Very noisy. We expected traffic and living noises but didn’t expect the banging and scraping noises coming from the room above. I asked if we could move as we were there for 14 nights, I was told that we could be moved if we paid for cleaning. The room was scheduled to be cleaned that day, we would have been happy to pack our suitcases and be ready to move to another room at 3pm. The noise went on for the full two weeks we were there. This was my 5th trip to Kyoto, it was the first time that I have been disappointed in the service provided by my accomodation.

It is an actual apartment (a small apartment, but still...). There is a kitchen stove, and a washing machine in the room. For a room in Japan, I was quite surprised by its size. It allowed me to spend a comfortable 4 days in Kyoto. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the heavy blankets. Although, some people may dislike it (or even hate it) - I found it interesting and considered it a part of the experience - the view from the room is a view of a cemetery!

Some reviews mention the 6 am drum coming from a nearby temple. Although I could hear it, it did not bother me that much. I would give it a higher score; unfortunately, on the last night, a family with kids moved into a room above mine. The soundproofing is far from ideal.

My room was not properly cleaned. Dust everywhere, some yucky stuff and a rather huge dead insect under the microwave, washing machine not cleaned inside e t c. Reception staff was helpful, and ordered extra cleaning, but even after that it was still kind of dirty. Management did not respond to emails and I was not offered any kind of compensation.

優點：交通位置良好，房間大，房間內有洗衣機，而且浴室除濕功能很好，晚上洗好衣服開乾燥功能，早上即使是厚襪子或刷毛後長褲也可以乾。即使只帶一套衣服出國也沒問題。

缺點：沒有飲水機，要買水得去超市扛回來。牙刷牙膏，房內礦泉水等備品 即使是長期住宿也不是每天有，需要額外加購，這點讓人覺得不合理。例如這次住八晚 只有三天有備品，以這家的房價來說會更讓人難以接受。衛生紙 洗衣球倒是可以免費跟櫃台拿。沒有早餐。

Prix vraiment qualitatif pour les équipements et la chambre. Le personnel est vraiment bien accueillant en plus, rien n'est compliqué.

Faire attention, l'hôtel a des journées de nettoyage, donc bien prévoir des trucs à faire en attendant que la session de nettoyage se termine. Mais logiquement, si on prend un hôtel, c'est pas pour rester h24 dans l'hôtel donc ça devrait aller pour tout le monde.

Value for money.

The room was great. It was like a small appartment, and for this pricepoint that way beyond my expectation. I mainly liked the washing machine with the drying setup in the bathroom. You just hang your wet clothes in the bathroom and turn it on, which makes the whole bathroom (seperated from the toilet) into a dryer.

室内にベッドが2台とソファがあり、丁度いい広さで寛げました。 洗濯機と宿泊分の洗剤があることに感激しました。キッチンの他、冷蔵と冷凍の分かれた冷蔵庫や、トイレと別室の浴槽と洗い場のある浴室で、ワンルームマンションのような造りでした。 ゴミの分別もわかりやすかったです。 数日のビジネス滞在にはとても有難いと思います。 今回は学会のため京都勧業館近くの宿を選びました。近いため、行き来しやすくとても良かったです。 フロントの方も静かで対応が良く安心出来ました。

1階のお部屋だったためか外の景色は全く見れませんでした。道路沿いでバス停が近くアクセスは良いのですが建物が密集しているのでもしかしたら上の階も景観は期待出来なかったかもしれません。 室外機の音が気になりました。 室内の照明全てが暖色で落ち着くのですが、身支度するときに不便を感じました。 周辺にちょっとしたレストランがあるのですが現金払いのみだったり、コンビニが徒歩5分程度だったのでちょっとしたことに不便さを感じました。

The hotel is very well situtated. In about a 10min walk you have access to Gion and the Sanjo area. It is perfect to enjoy the night life as you can easily go to a restaurant in these animated areas after a long day of visits without much trouble. As for the daytime visits, the hotel is very near bus stops of major lines serving the city's main sites. I stayed in a 4 persons appartment, it was very clean and comfortable with all commodities. The washing machine is very convenient if you are travelling with a limited number of clothes. The kitchen is small but seemed to allow for very basic cooking (don't expect too much as the ustensils are limited).

The appartment I had was very good for a single person however if you were to stay at max capacity (4p) you might feel a bit cramped.

Studio apartment with small rooms. But has all the amenities like induction stove,microwave oven, fridge, waching machine, kettle, Tv, Ac with cooling and heating.

The location is good walking distance to Gion and 5 min taxi to Pontocho alley restaurants. Near by is super market which was so handy to get fresh fruit. We stayed in luxe appartment. Firstly we were given ground floor flat and it was really damp and tiny window. We asked for a room without dampness and were offered room on 3rd floor. The room was much better! I think bathroom is very good and having washing machine. Kitchen didn't have enough plates or knifes to cut fruit for breakfast etc. But we managed. Overall it's great value for money . Reception staff were very friendly and helped us with check in and booking a near by italian restaurant. There is great tepinyaki and Italian just 3 min walk from hotel. ATM aslo available 3 min walk.

Some guests may find the hotel facing street a little noisy. At night when it's quite , emergency vehicle/siren can appear to be very noisy. We were so tired every night we slept thru most of noise. It's a great value place so worth a little noise.
