The condo was exactly what our family needed. Easy access to everything and a clean, nice place to stay at in the evenings.

The accommodations were wonderful and was larger than we even expected. It was in a great location with a nice view of the river. We would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was just as described! We truly felt at home and didn't want to leave! We can't wait to come back.

Really impressed with the property and amenities. Will definitely book it again if we need space for 5-6 people. Would be great if there were 1-Bedroom or 2-Bedroom options at this property.

This vacation was a disappointment . We arrived to a filthy condominium. There were 4 mouse traps and bait stations set upon our arrival . Rat droppings everywhere ! Under the sinks , in the kitchen , in the pots and pans cookware and on the stove ! We had 2 toddlers under the age of 2 and 6 adults on vacation to celebrate the two year olds birthday . Our family booked the unit so that we could all stay together to celebrate ! The owner offered a refund on day of arrival but we couldn’t find any other rentals available for the night . He offered us two side by side units on another floor but the sleeping arrangements wouldn’t have worked with the babies . He didn’t offer to send the maid back to clean the unit up. With the family on their way we decided to deep clean . We spent 4 hours cleaning . We washed every utensil , all the dishes , glasses , appliances , countertops , vacuum floors , mop etc . I asked for him to consider refunding us for one night and he implied that we could all leave . This was after we spent 4 hours cleaning . We will not stay with this owner again. This place was not clean.

Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Clean, easy access and convenient to so many things.

We stayed at this property in early December 2023. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions. Location was easy access to all of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Plenty of parking and covered entry way out of the weather. Definitely on our lists of good places to stay.

Was good but tub/shower drain very slow, light bulb out in bathroom and gas logs in fireplace would not work

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location. Easy in and out. The only complaint is from our elderly mothers. They said they wished there was a grab bar in the shower to help hold them up. Other than that, no complaints.

The condo was perfect for us. Conveniently locally, clean, quiet, and felt like home.

This property was perfect for our small group of Senior cousins to come together & share memories while making new ones. It was spacious & welcoming. We traveled from upstate NY for a cousin’s son’s wedding. The property was perfectly located near everything we needed. The owners were always prompt to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in the area.

Property was clean, in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Very easy to get to. The condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. Conveniently located near a trolley stop as well as Walmart for grocery shopping. Beds were comfy and the fact that there were two king beds plus a queen fit our family perfectly! Definitely would stay her again!

We so enjoyed our stay that we are super excited about our next stay in December!

We love staying in this condo! Always clean, convenient location, river side in the morning is always peaceful, ducks and geese are a bonus for our group of animal lovers. Communication is always fast and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Our family of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed our quick 2 night getaway! The property was just as described and delightful. The condo was clean and as described. Also, the location was perfect to shopping, many restaurants, and activities! The communication was great with the owner as well. When we return, I will definitely look for this unit and would highly recommend!

The condo was very clean and fresh. The decor was beautiful. It was 5 minutes to just about everything. I would highly recommend this property. The host was very easy to communicate with.

It was centrally located and very clean. Well positioned in the heart of all activities. We were there on a fishing trip and it was a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone and we would stay there again.

Overall just a well done rental. Locations right off the main road but you.really don't notice it with the river right there outside your balcony. Son love seeing the ducks that came up to the railing. The building itself is nice. Not that busy and we had no problems finding it. Interior was very nice. My father, who came along with us this trip was so impressed with the unit. It was perfect for what we needed. Will definitely go back if we are looking for this size of unit again. The kitchen and floors for the unit have been updated. Some of the pictures show it some are older. New hardwood style floors. And kitchen has white cabinets now. Looks much better from the older pics.

As soon as I walked in the door, I felt like I was home. I had all the information that I needed to get into the condo and to check-out without having to contact anyone. It is conveniently located a few seconds off the Parkway but far enough where you won't hear any traffic. The beds were super soft...honestly the softest beds I have slept on while on vacation. To my surprise, there was even a box fan tucked away in the closet so I was able to use that for white noise. My family definitely enjoyed staying in this condo and will book it again for our next Pigeon Forge vacation.

Lots of room. The master bedroom and bath with jacuzzi tub wad used by all. So glad we had tvs in every room for kids. We were on first floor which made it so handy. We will definitely recommend to our relatives and friends

This is a great condo to stay in. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Close to all the action. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family. Hope we will get to come back and stay again.

Traffic on the Parkway can be rough, but this location allows you to travel through out Pigeon Forge and even to Gatlinburg with minimum time on the Parkway. It is the best location I have stayed in with access to so many attractions. Facility is great and everything is clean and very comfortable. Great communication with the owners. Would stay here again when traveling to the area if it is available.

Loved the unit. Only problem was the blow dryer in the main bathroom was missing. Check in was easy. Unit very clean. 2nd time there this year. Looking forward to going back again soon

Everything about this condo was great. It was in a great location. The owner was excellent to communicate with. He always answered my questions and was very quicm with responding. The condo was very clean and was just like the pictures described. Ducks came to the balcony from the river. We will definetly be staying here again.

Perfect place to stay when visiting the Smokey mountains. Place was clean and comfortable. Doug was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this place.
