The staff was absolutely the best one: especially Mr Elton was so kind with us!!

The hotel is conveniently located and has very easy options for transportation to the sightseeings and also to and from the airport. The room was spacious and clean. There were a lot of options to eat and do shopping around. The staff was incredibly kind (special thanks to Katherine).

The facilities are a little bit old, the kitchen very small and the towels were old and torn. The street is busy so the noise starts very early in the morning. Anyway, these details can be improved but the overall experience was positive, specially thanks to the staff.

The location was awesome! It was a few minutes walk to Yau Ma Tei MTR station and close to amazing food. It was not expensive to stay there compared to the big hotels. They provided water every day and changed the towels daily.

It was very small for our standards. The bathroom was tiny and there wasn’t enough space in there for toiletries.

The room.has 2 double beds which were good for the family of 3.

We booked a two-bedroom.suite. The room was said to be 40 sq m, but we found it is.NOT SO. The sitting area is.very small. And the main bedroom was very small, bed right behind the sliding door. I am not sure who didn't do it right -- the hotel was full so they just gave us any room left?

The room is quite spacious. Location is very good. Easy to access other locations. The staff is very helpful and professional.

Facilities are a bit old. Sound insulation is not optimal. others are good.

- no elevator from ground fl to 1st fl.

It is 5 mins walk to the YauMaTei MTR stations and about 15 mins walk to the Jordan MTR station. Plenty of local eateries in the area. Nice common area with free coffee machine and drinking water.

The reception is on the 2nd level and you need to either take the stairs one level up or take a rather primitive lift, which works well but can be a little intimidating when you first use it.

I arrived in the evening and called the hotel number the staff would not open the door. I had a confirmed and paid for booking and he did not seem to understand this. I was stranded on the street until another guest left and let me in. I then checked in and asked why he would not let me in but did not get an answer. A video camera would help so I could exhibit my booking. I was not happy to be locked out of the place I had already paid for.

I like the location at the central location where the restaurants are just around and within walking distance. The Train MTR location is not bad also. Shopping around is also just down the place across the street

could have allowed us to cook but they do not even there is a kitchenette. Although it is alright. I need to constant check if we have enough tissue and ask them to clean as we stayed long and extended the stay also so expecting the cleaner to check all the tissue boxes.

The location is super, very convenient in all fronts, stayed on the 12th floor, very quiet, no street noise, spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staffs, really make you feel at home!

A pity that due to fire regulations, no actual cooking is allowed at the moment, but for a short stay, it's okay!
