Me and some friends went for an event and this cabin was great. It was at the top of the neighborhood so didn’t have people driving around the house too much, the hot tub and pool table were really fun as well. Definitely recommend

Wonderful cabin…we stayed for Christmas and the cabin was decorated so nicely. Well stocked with everything we needed. Location was perfect for day outings to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Loved the wood burning fireplace and hot tub. Loft was perfect for teens. Communication with owners excellent and responsive. Will definitely visit again!

I do not like the fact that the neighbors were watching who and when came from my rental. There was nothing going on out of line and It made my family and i very uncomfortable

This vacation experience was much better than expected. I expected that it would be even before we checked in. Prior to checking in, I was inboxed a very detailed welcome letter. The letter included links to brochures for local activities, public transportation info, and a detailed list of local restaurants. The owners even put together a Wordpress website containing even more local information. When we arrived, we opened the door to see that the cabin was decorated for the holidays. The owners even left some water and snacks for us. The cabin, located at the top of a mountain had a great view, and everything about it was just as advertised. Hats off to Espy (One of the owners) for her beautiful decorating decisions and cheers to Guido who went above and beyond to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The personal touch and attention to every detail of this property made this a vacation experience that we will never forget. Looking forward to booking this cabin again in the very near future.

This cabin was perfect in every way!!! Extremely clean and beautiful all around! Everything was as advertised or even better! The host had fresh roses and a little welcome tray with waters and popcorn set up! Nice peaceful location. Easy in and out. The cabin is equipped with more than any rental I've ever stayed in and that is such a sweet surprise! I cannot say enough good things about this cabin and 5 stars is just not enough! If your lookikg at this cabin and considering it, book it! You won't regret it!!

I can’t say enough good things about Guido and Espy’s Serenity cabin! From the moment we walked up the front step to the day we left, everything was perfect. Serenity Cabin is the cleanest, well-kept cabin we have ever stayed in. It is obvious that Guido and Espy go the extra step to ensure the cabin is clean and well-stocked. There wasn’t even a cobweb in sight! The cabin was perfect for our family of 6 and offered something for everyone. The hot tub was pristine and the pool table was an unexpected centre of activity. Guido was always available to answer any questions and provide excellent recommendations for local sights and eats. We are so thankful to have spent 10 days at Serenity and look forward to returning in the future. If you choose to stay with Guido and Espy, you won’t be disappointed!

All was excellent and above expectations for physical aspects of cabin. However, two inconveniences. 1. Swimming pool was closed all week (was major factor in booking), and 2. Most activities we wanted were 45-90 minutes away. Would book closer to national forest next time.

The home was clean and inviting. Everything you needed was provided. Check out process was easy and owner was fast in responding to any questions. I would recommend this home.

It was easy to find and it was one of the best cabins we stayed in. They had snacks and coffee for us so we didn’t immediately have to go shopping I’m hoping we can stay there next year

My wife, 3 year-old, & I stayed here for 3 days and it was perfect. The weekend was rainy and cloudy but this cabin had plenty to keep us entertained and relaxed, it was perfect. The location was close to Pigeon Forge as well. The cabin also had all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need to make meals or grill. Highly recommend.

The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 5, and we enjoyed having a quiet place for down time that was away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We arrived during a pretty intense windstorm resulting in power outages for thousands, and through it all our hosts were very communicative with frequent updates which was much appreciated! The cabin itself was very clean and all the furniture and bedding was very comfortable. The wrap around porch was a great place to relax, and the hot tub was wonderful after long days of hiking. It is a bit of a drive to a lot of the area attractions, so something to keep in mind if you plan to spend a lot of time in Gatlinburg. We stuck more to Pigeon Forge and Townsend, which we found a lot easier to get to traffic wise from this location. Overall, we would definitely recommend!

My family had a wonderful experience staying in this cabin. The cabin was very clean and cared for. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The location of the cabin was perfect, quiet and tucked away but with a 30 min drive to activities. We would absolutely stay here again!

My only problem was it implies it is a three bedroom when it only has two bedrooms. I do not consider a loft with a futon with a pool table a bedroom. Other than that it was just as the pictures show. We enjoyed our stay.

Every single aspect of this property is top notch! To begin with, the owners are just the best-- they communicated with us all the way, offering all of their local knowledge and recommendations which was so helpful! The name "Serenity" is perfect- it definitely is an amazing oasis that provided peace and tranquility when we needed it, and also was close to all the action when we were ready to venture out! The cabin is the cleanest rental I have ever been in, and so beautiful and cozy, providing everything needed for your stay. We had the very best weekend and will absolutely be back! We came from NY for time away and quiet. Beautiful mountain cabin. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Hot tub is perfect touch. Watched movies, played pool and games and saw the town. Thank you for sharing with our family!

My wife and I needed a weekend away and Serenity was just the place. The location was great. Easy access to restaurants, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Also close to the Convention Center for our event. Highly recommend.

We have booked many times in Pigeon forge my entire life, and this is by far the best accommodations we have had. The process checking in, and out was seamless. It was very cozy, and was very family oriented. We will keep this as our favorite, and we will most definitely be back.

My family and I did a short trip to the area and loved staying at this cabin. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas, cozy, and just the perfect size for our get away! When we come back- this definitely a place that we will stay at again.

We had such a wonderful stay in your quaint, cozy cottage. We appreciated the attention to detail. High quality bedding, comfortable mattresses, and absolutely immaculate! We all enjoyed the wrap around porch. We highly recommend the Serenity cabin and hope to be back!

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a place that was cleaner than this cabin! Absolutely spotless!! The attention to detail and the special touches were so thoughtful and absolutely wonderful! When we couldn’t get the toaster working, the owners went out of their way to get a new one and deliver it. My husband, two girls and my mom all thoroughly enjoyed our time at this cabin and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

We stayed at this cabin for 6 days me and my sister's, it was a short drive to Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg, this cabin was absolutely beautiful and the host was fantastic!! We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect…except Wi-Fi instructions were wrong and map to garbage was inaccurate. We were able to figure out both quickly though, and our trip was wonderful.

Loved the cabin. It was quite and so clean. Very easy check in!
