سخان الماء لا يعمل بالحمام

ما عجبني شي أبدا و المكان سئ جداً لأبعد الحدود

نظافه صفر نظام صفر الأثاث قديم مقابل المال ما يستاهل حتى ريال مواقف للسياره ما متوفر

التكيف سيء جدآ مسبح الاستحمام معطل تم الاتصل عند الوصول واستلام الغرفه ولكن لم يأتي احد للإصلاح الأعطال وتم ابلغهم عند النزول في الاستقبال ووعدو تصليح الأعطال ولم تعالج الأعطال وعند الرجوع باليل تم التواصل معهم ولكن للأسف لم يأتي احد لإصلاح الاعطال

الوعود الكاذبه

الفندق كان سئ جدا بداية من الاستقبال عدم وجود باركينج للفندق . الغرف سيئة وجود حشرات لا يوجد تلفزيون بالغرف وجود اصلاحات بالغرف جعل دائما وجود خبط وتكسير بصوت عالي في مواعيد نوم . الاسرة هيا التي كانت بالغرفة فقط لالتزامي بالعمل لم يكونوا مرتاحين ابدا

عدم احترام الرغبات- التاخر في التنفيذ- تاخر في تسليم الغرف- عدم وجود محل للقهوة في البهو- عدم نظافة الغرف - قدم الاثاث- الباب الزجاجي في الحمام الخاص بالاستحمام عالق لا يمكن فتحه

I reserved a smoking room, when I reached they gave me a smoking room and the AC was not working, so I contacted the receptionist and she told me that she will send the maintenance guy who told me in a rude way you're not living with us in UAE? AC is not working due to rain. So I asked them to change the room, and they moved me to a non smoking room and the connection was not working, no internet or phone calls access or connection, so I went straight to the reception and I told them I want to check out because this is not a proper stay, the receptionist took the key card from me and said ok as you like!! She didn't even ask me why I'm leaving after 15 minutes!! And they didn't even refund me even though I checked in for 10 minutes only!! Very bad experience and I'm not recommend this place to anyone, I advise you to sleep in the street rather than go to this place.
