オーナーの方やスタッフの方の対応が大変良かったです。 部屋やお風呂、玄関などの雰囲気がよかったです。 朝食の種類が豊富で、自分で自由に選べるのは嬉しかったです。

食べるものはいっぱいあります。 料理も自由にして良いそうです。 未開封のパンやシュークリームは、全部食べ切れる自信がなかったので手はつけられませんでした。 カレーとお味噌汁と中華まんは頂きました。 むしろ、別の部屋に泊まっていたアメリカ人のお客の方が、冷蔵庫開けて勝手知ったる感じで利用してました。 多分旅行じゃなくて、国際会議に出てたのかな。

一番端の部屋でしたが、空調機を窓に設置している関係で、窓が完全に閉まりません。 防犯面や、何か入って来ないかと、安心しきれないところが正直ありました。 設備上仕方ないのかもしれませんし、他の方は気にしないかもしれません。

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at benidaruma! Our stay here was one of the best parts of our trip and we still talk about how amazing the owners were. The first night we were lost and couldn't find the hotel, we messaged the owners on booking.com and they quickly responded, when we arrived they were about to go out looking for us!!! The owners were incredibly nice, genuinely caring, and accommodating. Although it seems a little far from some of the popular spots there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel which was REALLY convenient, every night we'd be dropped off right at our hotel. The bathroom was gorgeous!! we enjoyed our shower/bath every night. Also the kitchen is fully stocked, we could cook breakfast and there were lots of snacks/food which was a cool way to get familiar with new food in Japan! Plenty of great things to say about our stay, if we visit again we will definitely be staying here!

Everyone makes you feel welcome and as though you're part of their family. The room was comfortable, and although the location is a little outside of the main downtown area it's conveniently located next to a train stop.

- The owner is so friendly and accommodating, he even picked us up from the station next door when it was raining because we forgot our umbrellas - We loved all the space having both our room with futon and the room with a kotatsu. I enjoyed sitting under the kotatsu in the morning since it was cold - The location is very convenient. Right next to a train station that can get you to lots of beautiful temples, shrines, and restaurants - The futon were comfortable, the room had a space heater that kept it toasty - Kitchen facilities were nice and had food available which we appreciated - Wifi worked well

- Almost nothing! Just would want to warn about noise for light sleepers since it’s next to a train station

The host was very nice and willing to help. Also the kitchen is stocked up on food - for free! Thank you!

Good location and staff EJ speaks fluently English that helps a lot.
