Everything was outstanding! The property was clean, well equipped and in a great location. The cabin was spacious even for our large group! Everything was as advertised! Communication with the host was easy! We had a great stay! We will stay here again!

Place was a great location, quiet private community out of the way of the main drag, but plenty close to get there easily. Very roomy comfortable and nice, interior with a big yard and plenty of parking.

This cabin was perfect for our family vacation! We had plenty of space, and the kids loved the backyard and the game room. The location was fantastic, and we were very close to everything we came for (primarily the Dollywood and Pigeon Forge area) with no crazy mountain roads!
Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the house when we arrived. There were fruit loops on the kitchen floor from the previous guests and it was obvious the downstairs bathroom toilet had not been cleaned. It was also a little off-putting to walk in and one of the first things we saw was an envelope on the table enticing "tips appreciated".
Overall, though, we loved this cabin and would book it again for our family vacation! Thank you for hosting us.

The house was large and very comfortable with plenty of kitchen amenities to make meals easy. We were vacationing with our 2 grown daughters, husbands and 3 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for all, and the kids loved the pool table!

We have stayed in many cabins over the years in the Smoky mountains, this one by far has been our favorite! It is a beautiful, clean cabin and furnished with everything you could possibly need. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this cabin again!

The house was one of the cleanest homes I have stayed in. Well equipped with everything you would need. My senior father would have liked to rock on the back porch and would like to suggest moving a few rockers to the back porch.

Stay was great. The only complaints is that the basement needs a dehumidifier and has a damp smell. The basement will sleep 10 and only has one bathroom. Otherwise it was great- lots of room, comfortable beds, clean and comfortable. We had always stayed in Pigeon Forge so this was our first stay in Sevierville . I was concerned that we would be too far from everything but it certainly nice not to have to fight the traffic( really nice after discovering the Veterans Hgwy) .

This cabin is absolutely beautiful. Perfect location near lots of activities. My family and I really enjoyed the cabin and the area. Cabin owner was very easy to communicate with. Answered all questions. I highly recommend this cabin.

This is a gorgeous home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is decorated beautifully. The owner is easy to get in touch with and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. We will stay here again.

Beautiful place and location. Mins to anything we wanted to do. The only thing that could have made it better is if the lawn had been cut. 6 kids in all and the grass was up to their knees. Other than that is was a great place.

From start to finish this was an amazing and easy process. Property owner was quick to send info, easy to contact and super nice. We had two families with a total of 11 kids and plenty of room and space. We loved the huge yard, game room and beautiful space. We cooked big meals in the kitchen, ate as a huge fan in the spacious dining room and patio and settled down for a game of pool or cards nightly. We also loved the location. We will definitely be back and plan to book this cabin again and again!!

Pictures don’t show this beautiful home justice. Everything was in great working order and clean. The only thin we noticed is that the water for shower downstairs was lukewarm. Maybe for safety reasons. My bed was so comfy I didn’t want to leave. Thank you for a fabulous stay. We hope to return next time when we can stay longer to enjoy the large back yard with fire pit .

My husband and I took our two grown children and their families as well as our mothers to the mountains for a Dollywood trip and Christmas crafts etc. It was lots of fun, close to all we wanted to do, and had other amenities not listed like blow dryers in all bathrooms, and two roll away beds.

House was clean! We appreciated all of the amenities this house offered. Plenty of dish ware, and cooking supplies. Close enough to the main drag in Pigeon Forge but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet when we wanted. Yard was great for the kids.

From the time we walked in till the time we left we had plenty of room and it is a beautiful cottage just as described. The kitchen had everything we needed and the cottage was pretty clean. On the downside there’s a lot of stairs to go in the Lower level and we were thankful for a gate at the top for our little ones. The water downstairs in the bathroom was not very warm so they showered upstairs. We would definitely stay there again if we ever came down and wish we had spent more time at the cabin.

The property was perfect for my family. We enjoyed playing in the yard and seeing the turkeys. We went to Dollywood and hiked - a great place to stay with family.

Owner’s were amazing and great to deal with! Cabin is absolutely beautiful, lay out is perfect for large groups, we had 13 and was plenty of room. Very clean and well taken care of has been one of our best stays yet. Michael and Ann are great hope to rent from them again in the future!

Very nice home away from home.
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin.It was clean inside, layout worked well for our group of 13. Communication with Michael was very good, we had a last minute headcount change and he was very accommodating. I wish there was better access to the backyard, the hill is tricky when wet for the older folks and be prepared to clean Bat guano off the picnic table on a regular basis, the price you pay to be in the mountains. The fire pit was great as well as the hot tub on the deck.

Fantastic Experience!
The property was everything we could have hoped for and was very accurately portrayed from VRBO. It had plenty of space and all accommodations were working properly. The only SMALL complaint we could make is that the grass was very high and had not been cut for sometime. In their defense a lot of the properties in the neighborhood were in similar condition. It could very easily have been an issue getting people to work. Regardless I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful cabin and relatively close to Pigeon Forge and Douglas Lake. We will definitely return!
