Whilst obviously an older property and tired, it was clean and warm and beautiful white towels etc
Problems with tv but no doubt would have been sorted if we went to reception

Rooms looked a little tired a lick of paint throughout the hotel would make this a really nice hotel.

Really good location, really clean throughout. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Choice of pillows soft or firm which was a nice option to have. The shower was great. The TV has a good selection of channels. The Wi-Fi was fast and free.

Everything in room was easy to operate and clear instructions were left.
Stairs but that couldn’t be helped. There was no lift and I hadn’t asked when booking. I was stranded in Birmingham and needed to find a bed quickly.

The room was large with a double bed and single bed. The bathroom was also large. The beds were comfortable and the staff, especially Paul, were very helpful and courteous. Pleanty of free parking.
No lift to get cases upstairs and no shelf or storage for toiletried in the bathroom.

Nothing at all staff was very rude and hygiene was very poor
I didn't like anything about it to be honest bed smelt like a rats nest and staff was disgustingly rude

Rooms were clean
Each time you exit the hotel you have to return the key which is fine, however, when I returned I had to wait outside the hotel for quite a while before a staff member could open the main hotel door and give me my key back for my room.

It was one of the cheapest places to stay, the bed was comfortable and the location convenient for the city centre.
The room had been cleaned but the walls and skirting boards are so badly marked it still looked dirty. There was a tear in one of the curtains, all of the furniture was chipped and marked.

The gentlemen at the reception were wonderful, helpful and informative.

Location was great, check in and check out was no issues,
Room was clean and bathroom was clean too.
Mattress was out dated and needed to be replaced ASAP as I had a back pain day after.
