D1. The room I was checked in is not the one I chose on the app, but even the one they said is the one I chose did not look anything like the pictures shown on the app. 2. Sink mixer did not work properly. You must apply pressure for it to turn and give water. The grip is total damaged. The hot water tap was also not working. 3. The general cleanliness of the place is poor. Reviews are for improvement purposes and not necessarily for fighting purposes. It's a pity I deleted the photos, I didn't post them because the aim is not to destroy but to encourage good customer care. With the tap I am referring to, it was not closed because of the reasons given by the property, water was still coming out of the tap but I struggled to close the tap because, the tap handle need to be replaced, it does not grip to close the tap properly. And the back of the room which is supposed to be the veranda is full of dusty goods stored haphazardly right on the window of the room I was in. Even the kettle I had the cable was extended and unsafely connected with a black tape instead of safe electrical cod connectors. If I was not supposed to use the water in the tap that was in my room how was I supposed to drink the coffee that you refilled in my room? is your property so mean that you even close the water for your customers? or do you discriminate against your customers?
