The hotel is very close to the airport with free shuttle service. We liked the interior design, which is modern and pretty stylish, very good food (a la carte or buffet), nice rooms & comfy beds and good WiFi. The bathroom is integrated, but can be separated by a curtain. The toilets are separated.
Unfortunately we could not experience the breakfast, as we had to leave very early, but we will definitely try it next time!

It is near the airport and they offer a shuttle bus to pick you up from OR Tambo. Room is neat and clean and comfortable but nothing fancy. A good affordable option for a short stay
Nothing much to dislike but it is nothing fancy. The shower and sink are inside the room and is a bit cramped which I did not like.

Location and staff were great! Restaurant and bar areas are very attravtively decorated and spaceous. Loved the personal approach of Louis (Marketing Manager) and meeting the Hotel Manager on arrival.
TV stations available were TERRIBLE! I hope the approvals to reinstall the DSTV stations are in place before my next stay in March 2025

Restaurant was poor. First stay only 1 in 3 of steak options available and 3 goes to find a wine in stock. This time steak was tough and served cold. International hotel chain at international airport - nowhere near it

Staff was friendly
Bath was dirty and floor was dirty. after my shower 🚿 I walked barefoot in the room and realized my feet were very dirty. Room design and decor does not create warm welcoming feeling. Curtain around bathroom area unacceptable. Bin in toilet ready to be discarded.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in, though we were a bit early, happened on time, room was mostly nice and clean and decor was very interesting, I liked it. Bed was very comfortable and the glass bottle with clean water was highly appreciated. Breakfast was super, thanks.
Room - there was a pill from a previous visitor on my night table slid 1/2 way under the glass ... not good!
The bagage bench had a screw missing thus was broken - not an issue and I did report it when we left, but not something you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Impossible de dormir avant minuit à cause du bruit des avions, trop proches et fenêtres mal isolées, la chambre est petite avec la douche non séparée de l'espace nuit

The staff and facilities are simply impeccable. Hotel is very clean and bed was very comfortable. A special mention to Olewethu and Ziyanda, keep up the good work especially meal recommendations. Meals are hearty with generous portions.
The shower was leaking, and 1 breakfast protein was incorrectly labelled and i ate something sheep liver instead of beef liver...so because i don't eat that sort of spoiled the breakfast for me.
