موقع ممتاز بحكم قربها من الحرم

مستوى النظافة اقل من المتوقع. نوافذ الغرف تطل على منور مع انه بالمكان استغلال المنور بشكل أفضل لخلق اطلالة جميله للغرف الداخليه التي لا تطل على الحرم وعدم وجود صالة جلوس كنب او صوفا

The place is quite suitable for the family , very close to Haram, all need services are very much available within the vicinity, staff is very respectful and helpful

- The rooms and the place is spacious - It was well prepared according to the requested number of beds - It has great facilities ( washing machine, dryer, fridge, and microwave). - Close to Masjid Al-Nabawai

- No clear reception ( on arrival, I had to call the person who communicated with me to meet him on the floor after walking around with kids and the bags asking where the hotel is ! ) - No clear signs for the hotel location there - Very dirty with rusted things and cracked walls and leaking water from the cracked roof - Very expensive - Need an upgrade for the furniture and TV ( TV remote was broken )

The room with 4 beds with out any side table or table, without any closet, only one socket for 4 persons mobile charging, without any lamps, the apartment for 6 persons with only ONE Shower, got very difficult for showering six persons at the same short time before Friday prayer.

Prime location next to Madinah Masjid and inside the commercial building with all the shops and facilities. Large apartment with fully equipped kitchen and washing, clean and comfortable bedrooms, large and nicely furnished living room and dining area. Great price for the location and facilities. Plenty of underground parking.

The apartment although fully furnished but very outdated and needs renovating and updating. The kicker was the staff came to room and stood right outside half an hour before checkout time and insisted on leaving asap, without considering that we were a large family with both elderly and children in our group. That was distasteful and rude. I would not recommend this property for that reason and condemn the main management for having staff and policies of this type.

the location is in front of Haram but no body know's about the name of hotel it take a while to search but the guy Name taj was so nice he helped alot

The location is excellent, it has direct passage to the prophet mosque .

first of all there is no reception and we kept on asking the security for the reception and he said that “ maintenance is on progress “ no reception. luckily we found a guy he knows the number of the owner representative, but it was hard time for me and my family to stay roaming outside, it was about 40 minutes. keeping in mind the weather was hot . secondly the name is confusing, in booking. com the is ZADALEMAN , but when you ask about it no body knows this name even the taxi driver from airport, it’s actual name is TAIBAH , it’s value is less than 3 star , but I paid for 5 stars. The apartment doors was cracked, toilet towels and shampoo was not clean , no regular cleaning, you have to request the guy .

Cleaning and toilets were smelly also toiletries were not enough. Staff were not attending timely

Poor maintenance of facilities and utilities. Water supply stopped In the morning and no alternate arrangements to shift us to any other room. No sense of urgency and apology. We paid very high charger for 1 night SAR 2100+ for such a poor service.
