This was our second stay at this property, and once again, it did not disappoint. From the well-appointed interior, generous amenities, beautiful views of the vineyards, ensuite bathrooms, there are just so many pluses that come as a part of your stay. Great choice for families as the living room and kitchen are both large and can accommodate a big group. We love this house.

The farmhouse is absolutely charming and comfortable. The gourmet kitchen is well stocked. Our favorite place was the lovely porch with a layered view of grapevines, hills, and an ever-changing sky. We so enjoyed our stay and highly recommend..

It was a wonderful stay. The house was really nice, beautifully laid-out and in a glorious setting of vineyards. Although the weather was very warm, the house's AC worked well and we were extremely comfortable. Each bedroom was spacious and comfortable and each adult couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen was great; plenty of utensils and appliances to make meals. Loved everything about it. Will definitely come back again.

Lovely property!

This is an annual event for a group of eight friends and this was one of our top places we have stayed over the years. . The views are amazing and the house was very comfortable and cozy. An additional perk was the included wine tasting at the beautiful Paris Valley Road Estate winery. We hope to be visiting this wonderful home again in Sept or Oct during the wine harvest.

The house was just as seen in the photos. The whole house is spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was the perfect space for 7-8 adults (we only had 7). Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge bonus! MY only wish list item is that there were more wine glasses available, we had brought up 4 of our own and I am glad we did. Other than that, it was perfect. Communicating with the owner was easy and they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back to visit.

My family spent our thanksgiving here, it was wonderful trip in a wonderful house. Highly recommend it!

Upon arriving we first encountered olives squashed on the sidewalk and a dirty porch and chairs that were not set up but shoved all together, even blocking our way to get to the door. Upon entering we found the home super dusty, hair in the baths and even a false eyelash in my bed! The beds were anything but comfortable. One couple didn't sleep for 3 nights because their bed was so squeaky and they rolled to the middle (all the beds did this). It was impossible to speak with the manager but he texted he would send someone over which never happened. Someone also entered our home while we were gone (rugs missing from the laundry) but the manager said none of his staff had been in the home...super creepy. It was just too far away from the wineries we visited and from town due to the winding roads. We've stayed at other wineries and we were welcomed with fresh flowers, bakery goods and wines from their winery. There was no "welcome basket) but most importantly, we weren't comfortable. In the end, our cleaning fee was refunded which was appreciated.

Every year my sister, me our father and our spouses go away for a long weekend and this year we were fortunate enough to stay here. It is a beautiful home surrounded by vineyards. Spacious, comfortable and with lots of places to sit and relax, visit or just enjoy the view. It is dog friendly which helps tremendously, and is surrounded by excellent wineries. It’s a short drive to Templeton where are you can hit the farmers market or a restaurant and just a few minutes further from downtown Paso Robles, which has enough to keep you busy for an afternoon. Highly recommend! We definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property. The house is well furnished and very comfortable. We appreciated the en suite accommodations and the overall cleanliness of the home The wrap around porch and rocking chairs were such a treat - we thoroughly enjoyed watching the sun set on the vineyards every night. The adjacent apartment was perfect. Several minor issues in the main house were quickly resolved. Hopefully this property will be available next year when we return for our annual event. We would love to stay here again!

We loved this house. We had the best time just enjoying the beautiful scenery, sitting on porch and cooking in the beautiful kitchen. The house was clean and well stocked. Probably the best VRBO we have stayed in. The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond. We would recommend this beautiful location to anyone who is looking for a wine country get away. The Almond House and Barn Apt Suite was one of our favorite all time rental property. My husband and I rented the house for our best friends 20th wedding anniversary. My bestie Jeannine had been eyeing this property for a few years now, so what better way to celebrate their 20th then in this house on a vineyard. The property did not disappoint, the vineyard surrounding the property was in full bloom and breath taking. We all teared up at some point on the beauty of this place. The kitchen is bigger then the pictures. It fit 11 adults around the island perfectly as we did cook a few nights and breakfasts. The living room was comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and decorated amazingly. We had a little mishap with the shower in the extra bedroom, you do have to ensure that the shower curtain surrounds where the shower head comes out as it will drip to floor and on wrap around porch. Chris was awesome and sent someone right out to ensure everything was working as it should. The wrap around porch was were we spent most time. Plenty of rocking chairs for 8-10 people. They have olive trees, lime trees and grapevines that wrap around the yard. There is a barn suite that has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room and kitchen that you can rent as well. We had friends that came up later in the week who stayed and the apartment is adorable. We all wanted to move in! I highly recommend this property and cant wait to come back again. Tyla and Joe G.

My Italian cousins were out from Canada so my sister and I wanted to give them an authentic winery experience. It was beyond that. The house and vineyard were better than even the photos conveyed. We enjoyed Italian food cooked in the kitchen most nights and walks through the vines in the morning. One of the best memories we made at the farmhouse was us all sitting on the wrap around porch at sunset drinking wine that was made from the grapes on the vines we were looking at! As night fell, we laid blankets on the lawn and gazed at the stars and the Milky Way. It was an experience with family I will never forget. Would love to return.

We have been coming here for about 5 years. We love it. The entire experience from the reservation to check out is smooth and accommodating. Words and photos do not do this property justice. It is beautiful and spacious. We can sit on the beautiful wrap around porch for hours. We will be back

This property is beautiful. All the creature comforts are met. My husband, two children and I stayed for two nights. My kids each got their own rooms with attached bathrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom was HUGE!!! All the windows capture all the beautiful views. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast but if we had been inclined we would have had no problem eating all our meals there. The porch was the star of the house, we loved sitting out in the evening and watching the sunset rockers and swing. In the mornings, we loved rocking in the sunlight. Great location, views of the surrounding hills and vines while still being only minutes from downtown Paso Robles. We hope to come back for a couples weekend!!!

Our group of 8 had a truly wonderful weekend at the Almond House. The wrap around porch with the rocking chairs was our favorite.. sunset viewing over the Vineyards made for great moments together. We used the kitchen and bbq after full days of wine tasting. We have been coming up to Paso annually for over 20 years and this experience was the best. Had to communicate with the property manager who was quick to respond

Our host communicated everything we needed to know, and all questions were answered. Simple, straightforward check in and out. This property is outstanding for a friends & family get-together. Everyone (between 4-8 of us each night) was comfortable. We prepared meals together while sharing stories about our lives. We had plenty of room to kick back, play some music and share our favorite beverages. The area is overflowing with wineries, wonderful places to rest, and so many desirable destinations. The house and amenities are modern yet some details provide a retro feel...like the push button light switches. The kitchen is outfitted to do just about anything you'd think of doing at a vacation property. Beautiful views from the bedrooms and the wrap-around porch. One could not possibly regret (or forget) bringing their closest friends or family to this charming ''home'. Yes!!! Go.

This was a perfect house for a wine weekend in Paso Robles. We were 3 couples and enjoyed each having our own spaces/bathrooms. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and has great views.
