We had all that we needed in one unit! Staff helped with whatever we needed.

Sofa bed is not the most comfortable, could do with some padding. Do note that the air-conditioning unit mentioned is an electric fan not an actual air-conditioning in the room.

The room, location and the price was good

No frying pan that worked as they didn’t work with the cooking stove. All kitchenware was dirty so had to clean myself before using.

The room was clean although quite suffocating.

The room was very suffocating. We tried to open the balcony doors to get some air but the whole room would fill up with cigarette smoke and smell within minutes. It was not a great experience.

The shower cubicle is a disgrace. There is a shower curtain that clings to you when you shower and on top of that, NO SHOWER MAT IS PROVIDED, so there’s NOTHING but the wet floor to step onto!! Cheap unhygienic shower curtains instead of a shower door and no shower mat display a shocking disregard for basic hygienic principles. Furthermore, no kitchen towel was provided - a repeat of the lack of attention to basic hygienic provisions.

The location was good and suited the purpose of our visit. The rooms were clean.

We had booked two rooms for four people. However we got checked in late because one of our rooms wasn't ready and disappointedly once ready we were told it was in a different building to our other room rather than next door. This gave us no time to actually review or check the room when it was ready as we were in a hurry to get ready for our afternoon/evening plans. So all four of us got ready in the first room. When we returned to sleep in our respective rooms, the second room that was ready late had the radiator on full blast. There was no reason for it to be on as the temperature outside was already 19 degrees during the day, totally inappropriate for it to be on this high this time of year. There was no way to turn the radiator off or down, no control panel or anything so we were forced to sleep through it as we had returned to the hotel quite late. Very very uncomfortable.

The bus station was nearby

Couldn't use the freezer. Room wasn't ready on arrival, the bedding is disgusting. We lifted the sheet and there were stains all over the topper. One looked like blood other a big green nasty patch. That's amongst the others.
