Spacious for 3 people, good location with walking distance to the grocery stores, restaurants & the tram. Love the washer & dryer combo, just took a little longer to dry the clothes.

We can hear all the noise, footsteps and doors closing from upstairs.

Timely replacement of washer after weekend. New dish sponge and counter wipe. Operable window was full height, so air exchange was great. Full-sized refrigerator and freezer. Spacious and bright.

Great location! Close to grocery stores, restaurants, bus stops, and boat-bus. The apartment has also all you need for a pleasant stay: kitchen, washing machine, air dryer… It’s calm as well, and cheap parking lots available. I liked a lot the free taxi from the airport to the apartment that was included in the price! However, the taxi driver did not have the child seats and did not even care… But this is independent from the apartment, just wanted to mention to make sure you get child seats.

I missed 2 sets of towels. I wrote them and after 1 day I got them. The bedsheet for the kids bed (sofa bed) was also missing, but I fixed it myself. It is probably a little bit tight for a family with 3 kids (one of 1y old) but this we knew.

Very comfortable and clean. I was unsure about the location when I booked, but it ended up being a good surprise. The neighbor is very nice and new, I loved to get the chance to visit another area of the city. Also, in the main street there are many options of restaurants.

I liked the space a lot - the decor was great, the bed was comfy, it was nice to have a tiny kitchen and the bathroom was great. Very good closets and shelves. This would be a great place if you had to stay for several weeks or even months.

It’s not really clear from the photos how nice this place is. I was a little concerned that the neighborhood or building might be in a bad because I didn’t know the city at all and I didn’t understand until after I booked it that it wasn’t a hotel and didn’t have a reception area with a 24 hour staff person. Also the kitchen set up was challenging with only one plug and the microwave didn’t work. I always wish hotels had more hooks for clothes! Inside the closet doors at least? The signs for windows was incorrect - the shades did not go done automatically. Also, on the site I used an answer to a question about whether the windows could be opened was wrong - the windows could not be opened. And the temperature couldn’t be controlled even though there was a thermostat in the apartment. It ended up being okay but would have been frustrating if I had been too hot. I would have needed a fan.

It was such beautiful apartment . Its so clean and everything looks organized Its so easy to access shopping malls in other words I liked its location!

The view its not that so clear due to some Stockholm factory head where windows are located,and another thing is that the windows don't open.

It is quite far from city center. There no daily cleaning and it is not equipped with detergent for washing machine and also no dishwasher. Kitchen is also very small.

Wifi was slow for the rest great!

Location is great, the apartment is well equiped, a store is near by.

We found someone's ear plugs when we pulled the sofa.

Not a dislike, but I didn't get the message about resetting the door code to 0 until after we left because we had an early flight. It might be better to send this message the night before

photos were realistic, what you see what is what you get (mostly). calm location, near supermarkets and tram station. clear instructions upon check in.

just a minor thing but we booked two rooms (as we are a big group) and it would have been convenient if the rooms were on the same floor. we ended up on floor 0 and floor 4.

Better to put some information in to room in English. Eg. Wifi, garbage location etc. And communication mails better to have in English at least if the guest is not Swedish or tring to communicate with email in English

The room was of a good size, including the bathroom. Some general kitchenware is in place. Easy checkin process. Nice small lounge downstairs. Garbage recycling available.

1. Main issue on the day I left (Monday) - the hotel suggests parking in the street as an available parking for the guests but misses one important thing - the parking is prohibited on Mondays from midnight to 6 am. Simple message "check the signs carefully" doesn't cut it, especially for those who do not read Swedish. They could be much more specific, especially when they know that guest's stay is through Monday, and could even send an additional warning. Can't rely on parkomat either - it gladly accepted my payment till Monday 10 am with no warnings about prohibited period whatsoever. This cost me a hefty parking fine (in addition to paid parking). 2. No dishwasher in the room, yet they require you to wash all the dishes and threaten the additional charges if you don't. Very few people would take care to wash the dishes properly by hands in a hotel, so I strongly suggest to wash everything before you use (that's what I did). There was some used sponge in the cabinet but it is anyone's guess what it was used for before, so bring your own. 3. The room was not so clean. Not the worst by far and probably quite acceptable for the most. But lots of stains visible on the doors and other surfaces which is normally easily removed with wet wiping.

The apartment was very spacious. The furniture was comfortable. It was away from downtown rush but close to the city. Travel around the City in Public Transportation from this place was fantastic.

A clear Instruction on how to use the dryer would have been helpful. It was easy to use the washer but couldnt make out how to dry clothes.
