The property is beautiful. The refrigerator does not work so i recommend bringing an ice chest. The water pressure was at times non existent. Recommend scheduling showers. Last the TV in the main house did not work and the remotes need batteries. If the issues are resolved this would be the perfect place for our annual trip.

The home was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The huge bonus was having a separate bathroom for all 6 couples!! The spaces inside the home were great and the outdoor amenities were awesome with the pool, large gas firepit, bocce and wrap-around porch. Management was super responsive throughout the stay and were great to work with. The property also offers great privacy being out in the country. Highly recommend!!

Our group has rented several properties in various California areas and this home is at the top of the list. It has plenty of private bedrooms and bathrooms! Other highlights was the well-stocked kitchen, the large dining table that fit all of us, the covered and heated porch, the gas fire pit, the spa, and the abundant sitting areas around the property. Its location was perfect for accessing everything we wanted to do in the area. We are discussing a return trip when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the pool!

We meet up with friends from all over CA every year. we choose Paso Robles because of the central location for everyone to get to. This has been our favorite house so far! This house is stocked with everything you can think of! Games, huge amounts of kitchen utensils and supplies, coffee, plenty of seating, towels, literally everything we needed! The porch is amazing with 2 large tables for eating and several chairs for relaxing. The fire pit is large with lots of seats around to enjoy. Speakers outside, 2 BBQ's, large Casita... we were all so impressed! Rural location away from close neighbors but only 10 min to get to the grocery store. This is a great house and we can't wait to stay here again!

We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool which thankfully has a cover to keep the bugs and debris out. There's no shade around the pool but there were two umbrellas provided to move where needed. The beds were very comfortable, ceiling fans in each bedroom, and the upstairs air conditioning worked well. We had an issue with the downstairs temp, and the manager sent help promptly. Lots of games provided and a good layout to gather in the kitchen/TV/dining area. Nice bocce court, although the pallino was missing. The guest house is roomy too with a full kitchen, two bathrooms. Nice and cool in there and very close to the main house. We drove 15-20 minutes to the Fair, downtown Paso, Atascadero zoo, and about 40 minutes to Cambria. There were a few things that could have been cleaned better before our stay-dirty frying pans, dried food stuck on outdoor patio table-but nothing that was a dealbreaker for us. We'd definitely visit again!

Very close to groceries stores and other towns. But much closer to wineries. Overall great house. Well suited for hosting larger groups. The extra cottage was amazing. Pretty much a small home with 2 large bathrooms. The AC worked great in both houses. And once again customer service was spectacular! Every time I called they staff at Paso Robles Vacation Rentals was responsive and kind. Some ares of improvements would be to ensure that the BBQ is cleaned, area rugs need to be shampooed, that the pool be serviced on time, and more umbrellas/shade is needed poolside.

The pool house was great as one couple stayed in there. Not realizing until we arrived my family had rented this same house in the winter of 2015. The house has been remodeled since then. The bath towels were new and very luxurious. Kitchen is fully stocked. The only issues we had were an upstairs bathroom sink that did not drain properly. Once I told management about it they said the would send someone over to fix it. At that point we were leaving the next day and declined. We had difficulties finding a broom and the drawer in the kitchen that housed the garage was difficult to pull out. Other than that every thing was great. Nice pool and hot tub, bocce ball court, outdoor kitchen and outdoor speakers made for a wonderful time. We would definitely rent this house again.

This property was perfect for our group (5 couples plus 1 single)! The house was clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the large dining table accommodated us all. Everyone couple and the single had their own bedroom and bathroom which was very nice. The yard is amazing! We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, bocce court, fire-pit and porch everyday of our stay. We all would recommend staying here!

Lots of room for 3 families. The inside worked well for us, but the pool, grass, basketball, bocce, fire pit, and all the sitting areas outside were awesome.

This is the second time our group of 9 women who have known each other for 45+ years stayed here. We liked it so much last year that we decided to return! Spacious home, lots of bedrooms (+ bathrooms!) plus the long dining table made it an ideal spot for a few days of rest, crafting, good food, good wine and good conversation.

We had a fantastic time at this property! We will definitely return!

Nice location, great pool and private space. We had a few issues during our stay: - The cleaners used an oil based orange scented cleaner in the oven and did not get it all out. We turned on the oven and had smoke in the house. We had to open all the windows and run the selfcleaning function get this out of the ovens. - The AC did not work, it was not super hot during our stay but upstairs would get to about 80 degrees at bedtime for our kids. It would have been nice to cool it down just before bedtime. we set both thermostats to cool at 74 and the AC compressor never turned on even thought it was well above 78 in the house. For the daily rate we were paying this is unacceptable. - the pool cover would not always work, you would have to try the switch a few times. not a big deal but it should be fixed - There is a rat infestation behind the pool kitchen, its gross and I didn't show my wife or she would have made us leave on the spot.

This home and property are amazing! We were staying in the area for our daughter's wedding and we stayed at this beautiful home for 4 nights. The house and yard are spectacular! The wrap around porch, bocce ball court, and fire pit make your outdoor experience both fun and relaxing. The hosts are available when needed and very accommodating. They have truly thought of everything you will need to enjoy your stay. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

We found this place to have family get together from all parts of the country. It has 5 bedrooms in the main house and a bedroom and living room with bunkbeds in the guest house which worked out perfect for us. The house way out in the country hills of Templeton and tucked back in an olive farm. Its a very private location. It has a beautiful pool and spa, bocce ball court, and an amazing gas firepit to gather around. The property is beautiful and had short trails to hike on top of the hill with panoramic views of the countryside and the stars were amazing at night. The rooms were nice with good amenities and a well stocked kitchen and everything was very clean. When we arrived at the property there were no bocce balls but we made a call to the office and they brought out the ball set within an hour. Paso Robles vacation rentals has very friendly staff who were able to give us lots of information on how to use things around the house. We would love to come stay at this house again in the future.

Great property with lots of space. The outdoor heaters are very nice for colder evenings. The many individual bedroom/bathroom combinations give lots of flexibility for larger groups. Highly recommend.
