Location is pretty good 15 minutes by walk

Staff is cooperative
I am regular visitor of this hotel but I feel to look for alternative hotel due to Reasons mentioned ahead. This hotel had two big advantages and both are not available now:
a. Free parking but now they are charging SAR 50/ night which is too much. After long discussions, they provided it free but it took 35-40 minutes.
b. We used to go through tunnel to haram from hotel which took 12 min. Now tunnel closed and it takes 18 mins to reach haram.
Security people at Parking are highly disrespectful and misbehaving. They even didn't listen to hotel staff who were trying to resolve issue.
Male receptionist was good but manager was not available for long time n not attending phone of receptionist n my family was just waiting.
Internet is intermittent at Floor 2.
There was nothing in room such as Water, tea, Kettle, dustbin which was later provided upon asking.

The location was just a short walk away from the Haram and also close to shops and restaurants so our stay was very convenient and comfortable. The staff were also very accommodating and helped us to check in and out despite the odd hours.
There was no kettle and supplies to make tea / coffee in the room.

A lot of elevators. Staff was very cooperative; especially Abrar, Zakaria, Emaad and Yusuf

It is near to the Haram.
It not that easy to find by google maps even the taxi drivers did mistakes to find the right location. The lobby is always crowded and hence it’s difficult to contact them on telephone.

I like the value for the money, the location of the hotel. Not far away from the Haram and close to local market.
The parking was not good, you have to drag your bags from the uphill towards the hotel entrance, the hotel staff helped us though at the check in, but when we checked out, no one show up to help with the laugagge.

Nothing like, I entered the hotel at 4:30pm, but they gave the room 30 mins delayed and also I booked 5 beds room, but they provided 4 beds room. I complained and went to haram and I informed to them change the room because it’s not possible to add the bed in the room. After Umarah I backed to hotel at 1am. They didn’t take any action and no one response. I very disappointment. At the we can’t to anything. sine I booked the room one week before, but they didn’t allocate the rooms for me. commonly our sleeping time very less in Makkah. In that they were made too much pressure on me.

Over all arrangements were good, staff was very good and cooperative, especially Jahangir from Rooney service was very good and caring.

Nothing. On arrival they told me that fully booked even though i have non refundable confirmed booking.
Aftar all they said go to their another hotel they have room but when reached they don't have room then they send us to another hotel and this time also same response no room. Again go back to second hotel and after too much talking they said still you have to go back again third hotel just imagine how much i suffering with family and luggage while wearing ahram.

Breakfast was not provided and however it was really good experience staying in the hotel and room was wonderful and staff was also great and cleaning people were amazing
WI-FI was really bad and pathetic, as I had to respond to my team over email, however internet in the hotel did not support me, also the cellular signal was also very week and I could not talk to my parents over the phone either while I was in the hotel. Please look into the Wi-Fi anf cellular signal, in room also there is no WiFi signal either, you should install separate router in each room as you are earning good

Few minutes walk from Haram, the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing specifically Makki tariq . They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting makkah.

تضايقت كثيراً وهذا الشي لايجوز خنق المؤجر يجب ان تكون فسحة هوائية بكل غرفة وهذا مخالف لقوانين حقوق الناس
لايجوز مطلقاً من قبل الفنادق ضد الزوار الساكنين يجب تهوية الغرفة عدة مرات باليوم

It is close to Masjidul Haram. Staff and room are very good and clean. Especially, Housekeeper (Rasel)was very nice person and clean timely manner.

Location is not very far from haram. There is a tunnel that leads you very near to the clock tower. This could be helpful especially in hot summer season (walk in the shadow). Approx. 15 mins. of walk.
All type of shops and restaurants are nearby.
The check-in process was efficient and the reception staff displayed a friendly and polite demeanor.
The cleaning and room service staff, particularly Jahangir and Fikrul, demonstrated exceptional diligence. They ensured that the room and washroom were cleaned on a daily basis.
The hotel has many lifts/elevators.
We got room on 17th floor with view of clock tower.
Ibrahim Khalil road is adjacent/near.
Locating/finding a taxi, particularly during late hours, may pose a challenge due to the hotel's location not being directly on the main road.
There was slight/mild odor on the 17th floor corridor and in the room.
