Fantastic location, clean, very helpful host, responded quickly to my many messages!
Little touches such as fresh bread, milk and coffee pods were lovely and cub appreciated!

We could have some with some extra plug sockets near mirrors, 7 girls getting ready is a lot at once!
An extra key would have been useful as we split up as a group at times.
And possibly as shower curtain, although we made great use of the bath!!

Lovely, modern property and beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Bonus having some essential food stuffs supplied too for arrival. Great location right in the centre of the city.
The only downfall of this property was the lack of a shower. We knew this before we arrived but thought we could manage with the hand held ‘shower’ over the bath. However, this was really difficult to use. It went from being scalding hot to freezing cold and you just couldn’t get an ambient temperature. It took ages to wash hair and jump in and out of bath! There were only 4 of us trying to get ready - thank goodness there weren’t more! Also, no lock on bathroom door which seemed odd!

Great location in the centre of Lancaster. Fully equipped, well presented property, everything you need for a week is there. Good communications with host before and during our stay. Would definitely visit again.
No parking, but we knew that when we booked. However, plenty of parking locally.

Perfect location, lovely outdoor space with everything needed. Apartment is really lovely and very clean, would recommend.

Location was great, having 3 bedrooms was excellent. Clean and tidy, well looked after.
It was very noisy due to proximity of traffic. Hot water ran out after 1 shallow bath one night, but oddly the next morning was plenty of hot water. Strangely the blinds didn't cover the entire windows so the bedrooms were very light.

Very well -appointed, comfortable beds, great kitchen. Location was perfect, car parks close by and city centre location - great Italian restaurant across the road too! Will definitely recommend to friends.
With 6 adults 1 bathroom/ toilet could have been a little tricky!

Beautiful apartment
Been visiting family in Lancaster for 10+ years and by far the best stay. By far the best equipped, comfortable, spotless, spacious accomodating apartment I've stayed in even outside of Lancaster. Lovely location, really nice accessible part of town.

A brilliant find right in the centre of Lancaster. Lovely and warm with really comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Calvin was a great host, very friendly and the milk, bread, butter and jam was a great touch. Highly recommended, l'm sure we'll be back.

Fantastic property, nicely furnished with good facilities in a really central location.
A proper shower would have been more convenient, but that's a very minor complaint.

lots of room in the property, had WiFi and access to Netflix/Disney+, well stocked kitchen with appliances, coffee etc.
didn’t provide toilet roll or more than 1 towel, even though had a cupboard with food, coffee ready, butter in fridge etc. Had to go straight back out to buy toilet roll.

Self catering but Calvin the owner left us milk , coffee and hot cross buns. Much appreciated by us

very clean and spacious. perfect location for all amenities and exploring Lancaster. was pleasantly surprised by the host leaving tea coffee milk fresh bread butter and jam.

The location was superb for the city centre. I would highly recommend this to anyone wish a break in Lancaster. The facilities were exceptional as was the host.

The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed, the host was friendly and helpful but the most important aspect is the location which is right in the center of the the town with everything easily reachable by foot.
Nothing bad to say about the apartment or the host, only thing to note is that if you come by car you will need to use a car park but this is only a couple of minutes walk away.
