Everything was exceptional! It was also so peaceful! Staff was amazing! Our favorite staff member was Jarod at the PM Pub!

There was nothing that I didn’t like!

I loved that everything was very close and accessible. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. I also loved the food.

The beds in the room could have been firmer as well as some of the staff seemed to kind of expect a tip.

we came here for our honeymoon and were very disappointed!!! The property itself is lovely and beautiful. However we struggled multiple times with the service - once with our butler service who, upon check in, told us they would help us make a reservation for the next day at one of the restaurants he recommended. When I checked in with him next day on reservation; no reservation had been made and he told us the restaurants he recommended were closed. We ended up ordering room service which finally came 90 min after ordering a soup and sandwich. But the real incompetence and inability to help came on the second night when we had a giant crab living in the soffit above our bed. We could see him crawling out and back in and when we called the front desk to send someone, no one came. We waited for over 30 min and finally went to the front desk to change rooms as we couldn’t sleep with the noise of the crab crawling and burying over our heads. For TWO Hours they had us back and forth with no solution from 10:30 till almost 12:30am, until finally I broke down yelling and they gave us another room- which they should’ve done the minute they realized the situation couldn’t be repaired.

Beautiful property and well maintained

Beach attached to the property is extremely small and not the. eat quality Did not enjoy any beach time at all. Cocktails had a LOT of alcohol with no measure on most occasions.

Staff and entertainment.

Better offering on free drinks. Better variety of breakfast. Not happy with booking.com, check in process should be faster, Italian restaurant and Japanese restaurant had a limited selection of food. No support for assistance with luggage.

The people is your best asset. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Dominican night show was too provocative. Almost felt like the dancers wanted to showcase sexuality, not Dominican culture.
