Its very nice hotel, probably one of the best ones in Istanbul. I had an amazing room with view on Bosphorus. Staff was nice and friendly. I could not use spa as there is reconstruction going on, thus maybe next time.

i really like the new showers. the beds have always been very comfortable. i wake up feeling really relaxed and ready for the busy day. i must also say that i prefer hiltons because it has balconies. open and fresh air is a great luxury in city hotels nowadays. the reception staff Adem Bey tried to give me a seaview but i did not insist as the room was not ready and i did not mind the view because i am always too busy to notice it. the hotel is undergoing major refurbishments and the staff are extremely polite to go out of their way to please the guests who may not like the alternative arrangements. to be honest, i always feel humbled, even if there is something to complain about, you just wouldnt because they are so professional and sincerely nice to you. not because they were trained to treat you that way, but they are naturally that way.

i checked into a room with a city view which i do not mind. but the AC was not working. when i informed the staff, they quickly attended the problem, and changed my room to a room with a bosphorus view. they also brought me some very nice treats.

Plus de 10 séjours dans cet hotel mythique mais là, trop c'est trop. Je savais l'hôtel en rénovation depuis mon dernier séjour en Novembre 2023. Mais taire à ce point le niveau des rénovation actuelles sachant que seulement 30% des capacités de l'hotel sont exploités relève de l'escroquerie, surtout a 300 eur la nuit, dont une 4eme achevée a 3h30 du matin pour un vol retour sur Paris a 6h45. Sur booking.com, il est seulement indiqué la fermeture du Spa et fitness center. Les photos sont fausses car montrent les chambres telles qu'elles seront une fois la rénovation terminée mais pas en l'état actuel (voir les chambres 023 et 028 ou nous étions logés). Les restaurants sont inopérants outre celui qui prolonge le lobby temporaire qui fait office à la fois de salon, bar et restaurant. Pratique quand on a organisé dans mon cas 14 rv de clients en pensant pouvoir bénéficier du Bar Extérieur (également fermé) qui a fait la réputation de ce Hilton et qu'on se retrouve confinés dans le coin d'un lobby temporaire de 9h du mat à 18h. La mauvaise fois du réceptionniste au moment du check out soutenant que tout est indiqué sur les sites de réservation est hallucinante. Y a encore du boulot pour redonner à cet hotel son image "iconique" tellement mise en avant dans la "com" faite autour de cette rénovation, qui va durer jusqu'en fin 2025. Sachez le si vous souhaitez y réserver et posez les bonnes questions. Petit conseil d'ami échaudé. Je dis cela d'autant plus librement que j'ai adoré cet hôtel dans le passé.

Although currently undergoing refurbishment in one half of the hotel we were staying in the new rooms which are extremely comfortable and well designed.

Нормальный отель. Хорошие постели, удобные подушки. Отличный персонал на рецепшене. Быстрая реакция на просьбы. Есть русскоговорящие специалисты. Отличный вид на Босфор.

В рядом расположенном парке каждодневные концерты до глубокой ночи. Звукоизоляция не спасает. Далеко добираться до бассейна. Ужин в ресторане отеля ниже среднего. Расположение не сказал бы, что очень удобное.

Too pricey and not all facilities is functional and under repair

Everything was shut down (the spa, tennis courts, pool bar) and there was constant works going on. So relaxing by the pool was peppered with hammers and drills. Then the reception staff were super unhealthy. Money grabbing.

The room was nice but we had a problem with the sink , which was compensated by complementary food and drink to make things right.

We found that the staff apart from the manager were very rude, unhelpful and not friendly which is not what you would expect from a 5 star accommodation. This spoiled our whole visit, we also had a problem with a sink which spoiled our visit too , but the manager who spoke excellent English compensated us by complementary food and drink and he was the only plus point for the whole hotel. It definitely was not a five star hotel experience only the manger was 5 stars. We won’t be returning there again

The property is the right choice for those wanted to chill and enjoy garden walk, swimming pool, tennis field , gym and spa. This is plus having a relaxed lobby serviced by gorgeous restaurant and bar. The downside honestly some of the attitude of employee working in this restaurant, some of them seem unwelcoming.

The variation among employees in terms of proficiency. Some employees are well trained and exceed expectations in terms of hospitality and i can name some of them as follows: Gunnes, Farahat , cum, muhammet, Eren Can, and those who are working at the main gate.

Excellent établissement, très bien situé, moderne , dans un endroit calme, reposant,avec une belle vue panoramique du centre historique de la ville d’Istanbul et du Bosphore. Chambres spacieuses, très bien entretenues . Très bon service d’entretien. Piscine grande , dotée de tous les équipements nécessaires, personnel à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Restauration de qualité, que ce soit le buffet du petit déjeuner que le buffet du dinner . Le service est d’un grand niveau de professionnalisme et les serveurs sont très réactifs , à l’écoute et aux petits soins des demandes des clients. Globalement, l’hôtel est top , je le recommande vivement pour tout séjour à Istanbul que ce soit pour le travail ou pour passer un moment de détente ou de loisirs seul ou en famille. Hotel rooms and facilities need renovation, very old facilities and the hotel needs maintenance, the electricity went down for three hours, not a value for money.

Das Hotel ist gross und sehr schön. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab genug Auswahl. Das Personal war unglaublich und wir waren einfach begeistert von dieser Kompentenz, Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft, sei es an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder der Reinigungsdamen! Die Poolanlage war auch top, gross und wunderbar zum Entspannen. Empfehlenswert ist auch das Restaurant mit der Terasse , traumhafter Ausblick auf das Meer und das Essen sehr gut.

Frühstück und Abend Essen sehr überteuert, Leider auch nicht viel auswahl was heutzutage nicht der Standard sein sollte. Parkplatz Vale Service pro Parken 450 Lira was sehr unverschämt ist. Für jedes aktivität sprich Fitness, Frühstück oder selbst bei Badehandtuch abholen, muss man die zimmer nummer durchgeben und dazu noch unterschreiben, was komplett unnötig und abschreckend wirkt.
