Very disappointed to find there was no breakfast included. Expensive to buy on day so we didn't have breakfast. Had a meal the night before which was OK.

Anche se per solo una notte, questo albergo è stato una piacevole scoperta. L'atmosfera era molto cordiale e familiare e l'ambiente molto caratteristico. Mi è piaciuto molto il pub, la camera ampia e la colazione. Menzione speciale allo staff, simpatico e gentile, che mi ha pure aiutato, nei giorni successivi, a recuperare dei pantaloni che avevo lasciato lì (grazie Nicole).

Great location. Breakfast good value as a buffet style with lots of options. Delicious evening meal. Comfy beds large rooms.

Large clean rooms. Comfortable pub with excellent food. Super friendly hotel, staff can’t do enough. Good wifi and free parking.

The room looked nice and the bed and pillows were at least comfortable. Not that we could get any sleep due to the noise.

Hello, This was the absolute worst stay of our lives. We have never left a hotel after one night and booked another one to move to as the conditions were so bad and there was no one available either during the night or in the morning to raise the issue with. Interestingly our room number had been altered on our key card and the TV was on when we entered the room. We very strongly believe that as we checked in so late someone else was in this room first, complained, were moved and then the TV was put on so that we would not hear the horrendous noises when we arrived. These only became apparent when we turned the TV off. There was a buzzer on reception saying to press for assistance but it did not work. At one stage we were even considering sleeping in our vehicle but the temperature was freezing and we did not have warm enough clothes. The shower was then cold in the morning as well to top it off. We moved to another hotel which was lovely, quiet and with a hot shower. You should be ashamed of yourselves taking money from people for a room in which they cannot sleep. This is a fundamental right of renting a room out.

We had a good stay, good for the price, food in the bar was really good, nice friendly staff, will stay again next time

The breakfast is continental, and enough choice . All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant and courteous.
