Location was good, facilities clean.

Use of a bluetooth app to open room doors (instead of cards or keys) made me feel insecure. Minutes after we checked in, another group was able to open our door and walk into our room.

The most srtessfull hotel expirience in South America. This hotel does not follow Booking.com rules - we had to pay 20% more then the Booking.com price. But even this unfair price took away an hour of our presious late night time. Instead of easy check in and peacfull sleep, we had to talk and wait at 10 pm for a long time. The price per one night at booking was 29k peso. The hotel was insisting on the payment in dollars via credit card (2.3 times more), or 36k in cash - imcluding 21% tax which is waved for foreigners paying with a credit card. After exhausting negoutiations, they agreed to charge 36k peso via the credit card. It's a robbery in the middle of the night. On top of that, instead of using the regular key or keycard, they tell you to download and install some unknown app to access the room!

Although the lobby of the hotel is kind of plain, the hotel room is big and spacious. The staffs were wonderful. l really like the location. I walked to all the attractions. This is one of the best value I got for hotel stay.

credit card fraud! I allowed my card information to be saved for incidental expenses. however my card was fraudulently used!

The room was comfortable, AC worked well, the location is good.

The check in process was a bit uncomfortable. The room wasn't ready on time so we were asked to wait and got it one hour later.

The hotel had a smart outward appearance. The room was very nice.

You have to use your mobile phone for any communication with the hotel unless you are stood at the front desk. Opening your room door is with an App. Calling the front desk from your room is via WhatsApp and even then they didn't answer. This is a step in the wrong direction. I am all for progress IF it works. The young girl at the front desk looked like she'd eaten a lemon, no smiles at all. Couldn't believe it, and I'm someone who could talk to a lamp-post!

The staff there are very friendly and they helped with everything. The room itself does not feel spotless, it was clean enough though. We had a room on the top floor, was really nice and peaceful. The view was stunning.

No drinks in the mini bar. Had to go downstairs and asked for water. They gave me 2, but one of them was not sealed. I dumped it out, not sure if it was safe to drink.
