Great location close to the city centre but in a quiet area. Beautifully appointed apartment with we equipped kitchen. Really comfortable and quiet bedroom. Bathroom was lovely. Carparkibg permit included, great Nice welcome pack, thank you.. highly recommended.

Property was in a good location for York city centre

The parking on street parking isn’t the best due to very narrow streets. We thought the place could have been cleaner.

Loved the decor and location

we appreciated the proximity to the city center as well as the tranquility during the night despite being located in the heart of the city. The apartment was impeccably clean and provided all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. The hot shower was delightful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

This accommodation suited us in every way. Enquiry beforehand dealt with very efficiently and clear comprehensive info was given about access and parking. The location in the city centre with parking was perfect. The apartment was immaculate and equipped with everything we could have needed. There was the best info file I have ever seen, giving very clear details on how heating and appliances worked amongst other helpful details. The apartment suited us in every way and exceeded expectations in standard of decor and presentation.

Terracotta decor and comfy sofa made for an extremely cosy wee apartment. Really appreciated that there were plenty of sachets of milk, sugar and tea bags. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils plus oven, microwave and washing machine. There were two smart TVs both in living room and bedroom. Full length mirror in the hall and smart thermostat for radiator. Owner was very efficient. She contacted me via booking.com and WhatsApp to provide parking instructions and ensure my arrival went smoothly. York itself is probably the nicest part of the UK I've visited. Alongside having plenty of museums and historical sights, it also has all the major retailers (Primark, New Look, H&M etc.) and fast food chains within 10 mins walking distance. Really glad to have discovered this lovely little apartment and will be back again :)

Things to mind: There are skylight windows directly above the bed and toilet. There's a pole behind the bedroom door to close the blinds if this makes you a bit uncomfortable. I couldn't seem to find any washing tabs for the machine but there's plenty of shops nearby where you can pick up cheap ones.

Location, cleanliness and appliances

No oil for cooking

The apartment was very clean and looked brand new but the size was a lot smaller than I expected . BUT after being there for few hours we got used to it and was fine . Will book again as location was superb .

Fabulous location, just right size for city break, clean and comfortable. Easy to find, access to keys was straightforward. Book of instructions for all appliances.

No criticisms whatsoever.

Very clean, modern apartment, close to city centre, excellent facilities providing tea coffee bread butter milk orange juice and prosecco for new years eve. Would 100% recommend and stay here again.
