Frühstück geht gar nicht

The hotel was ok for one night.

According to the reservation breakfast was included. În reality it wasn't!

E un hotel la care daca te rezumi la camere, e de 4 stele... Un pic mai multă grijă la micul dejun chiar l-ar face de 4 stele...și poate niște angajați, tot la mic dejun, care să mai și zâmbească! Parcarea, chiar dacă e cu plată, e safe. Ni s-au schimbat prosoapele și s-a luat gunoiul în fiecare zi, ceea ce nu se prea întâmplă în alte unități care, chipurile din respect pentru mediu, recurg la economii mascate.

Un mic dejun ce se cere îmbunătățit, de la sala de servire la cele servite. E loc de mai bine!

Everything was fine. The location for me was perfect - in the park, although it was quite far from the main attractions. The staff was more then helpful and especially Meggie helped me with personal issues.

The internet was weak.

The view from the room was amazing.

The staff were not very helpful

It was easy for the cab to find and go to. It also has a long and storied history.

The air conditioning was very weak and adjustments in temperature are not possible. It was 39C during my stay in Sofia so I found that uncomfortable.

The dog friendly suite....with two dogs the place was perfectly located to enjoy the park next door Good secure parking

No hospitality tray (kettle, tea coffee milk) in the room and the breakfast selection was not great....a coach load had just left the hotel but they hadn't bothered to refresh the breakfast buffet

Seems there are always things to do.

The wait time during reception. And the the beds. It was not a queen bed which is what I had reserve.
