Some rooms directly face the kitchen and have to deal with a lot of noise

Wonderful staff, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

Bedding etc very thin so was not really enough in winter and pillows also very thin but that's what you get for the price.

Location is great. City is easily accessible by foot. The free food nights are great for meeting people.

Not enough plug sockets in our room. Could possibly add in extension leads to help with this. Also the bed blocked the only power points we had so maybe it would be better to rearrange the room. Otherwise the stay was fine

The location was great

It was very noisy with people using kitchen well after midnight, which I think is a bit late. The blankets on the bed were a bit thin and not really warm enough especially for this time of year.

The room whilst small/compact was ideal for our 2 night city centre stay. The shared bathrooms were clean and tidy. Having the secure parking adjoining our accommodation was amazing, meaning we could park the hire car and enjoy Wellington on foot for the two days of our stay, without worrying about parking tickets. To summarise, great location, friendly staff, handy parking, great value👍

There is room for improvement on the way the facility is cleaned . What would be helpful is cleaning products such as spray and wipe so that you can clean the kitchen in between uses after people have cooked . Also instructions in multiple languages so that people actually follow house keeping principles .know one followed this on our floor . Also regular dusting of baseboards in the room vacuum out draws plugs heaters . Clean the tv remotes these were really dirty . I used my own antibacterial wipes to clean them .

location was good, very easy to get to/from airport, staff v friendly and good sized locked storage room.

bed wasn’t that comfy, bathrooms weren’t cleaned (lots of hair in the drains), half the carpet up in the room.

the people at the desk were very helpful when they realized how hard it would be for me to stay there!

We didn't get a separate bathroom, and no space around bed for my husband's side, so he slept on top of the bunk which was difficult for him. I slept with my clothes and shoes on cause I felt so bad, it needs a good painting and clean up. It also felt like a prison with all the locked doors to be opened and a maze to find our room. When the huge school group left and it was quiet in the morning and I wasn't so tired so it looked much better.
