Very convenient to walk to Taipei 101, Tonghua night market, immediate bakery at the corner, Thai restaurant infront of the hotel. I ate the street food from the night market and bought my breakfast pastry the night before my check-out. The staff were very polite even if the only spoke little English.

Big room and the bed was very comfortable.

Name of the hotel was different to the name on booking.com so it was difficult to find. Bath was a little small and room was very dark.

1. On the evening 22Nov, I found there was no toilet tissue, So I said to the staff (women) on the next morning . She said to me "OK" But she did nothing. Therefore I had to visit the front again when returning from sightseeing. 2. I requested to clean my room on 23 Nov and 24 Nov. The male staff showed me his phone that he translated into English " I want my room cleaned" However they didn't clean my room, nor changed towels. I had to use dirty rowels for two nights. On ehe evening of 24 Nov, I complained to the male staff (looks like manager) he told me they had cleaned my room. So I protested him to see and check the room. 3. They didn't know the word of service, ignoring customer's request. I have used many hotels throughout the world through Booking.com And I have been satisfied with Booking.com. But this was the first time I am very disappointed. Very disappointed!!! I was very upset and angry. How could you imagine you find there was no toilet tissue after getting crap.
