I love how it was in close range to everything . We were in the heart of Puerto Rico I would say .

Our toilet kept getting clogged and making a weird gulping sound . Also our air thermometer stopped working . Someone did come out everytime we called but looks like the fixes were only temporary

Comfortable beds and spacious room in the king suite of the blue tower, very convenient location, nice staff

Expensive for that it is. Too much noise outside and from the other rooms, the guy who checked us in gave me incorrect information about the deposit and never told us the hotel offered free chairs at the beach, he also didn’t tell us which elevator to take and we went to the wrong tower, he just didn’t give any of the important information out upon checking in.

The location, The staff were respectful and helpful.

Paring is two expensive it should be included it was 25 dollars per car plus tax we end up paying almost 60 dollars per parking. Most hotels is free , I paid for one once and it was ten dollars.

Location and staff were pleasant and gave exceptional service. The check-in and check-in were both seamless, and both desks agents were welcoming, helpful, and very efficient.

We entered our room to the sound of a very loud drip from the shower. We tried to turn it off but couldn't. We reported it and were told that someone would come to fix it. When we got back that evening, it still wasn't fixed. We called the front desk again and were told that the maintenance would come in the morning. At first they said that they couldn't give us another room, then later we were offered a standard room. We had a room with an ocean view and two queen size beds and didn't want to get a standard room, so we decided to suffer through it. So we had to listen to that loud drip that night, plus the room was hot. We couldn't adjust the AC unit. We again made a report at the front desk the next day and reminded them about the drip. When we got back that night, the room was noticeable a bit cooler, and the drip was gone. We were happy, however when we tried to bathe the water was boiling hot. We had to do so much to get water that wouldn't burn our skin off. If it wasn't for those two things, I would have said exceptional.

Location was central to everything including restaurants, shops, beach, and the park. Parking was convenient and located off of Magdalena Ave. with the guest entry off the back of the hotel.

Did not had the breakfast but the hotel was very clean I give it an A+

My wife wants to visit again because we enjoy every moment
