The room is spacious

Nobody speaks English, restaurant is never open or you have to wait one hour to get food.

Value for money was very good. Also it was very near to lake and gardens.

Air conditioning was a little weak in the afternoon.

do not ask for a baby bed. we got one and it was gross. The mattress was hard, it was rusty and dirty, my son didn’t like it at all. we sent it back and ordered a new baby bed in from another place. The bed we had was uncomfortable, it was hard, the pillows were not great. The first cleaner we had was also constantly staring at me, my partner and my baby because we were “foreigner” she was rude and trying to tell us how to raise a baby correctly. The downstairs lobby bar isn’t actually a bar. it’s a seating area with a pool table and a bar that no one works at. just for display. there is a food menu on display which looks great, but you can’t order from. the pool was packed with a lot of people who were not staying at the hotel. there were swimming lessons taking place and again everyone was staring at us. the gym is very small and the equipment not great.

The bed is a little uncomfortable. we also asked for a baby cot and it was horrible. the bottom was broken and the mattress was hard as rock. not good for a baby. we sent back the baby bed as it was not okay to use.

Staff attention was excellent. They were simply brilliant, super professional and always running the extra mile for clients. The food at the resident Chinese restaurant was superb, and they almost made a taylor made a selection of dishes for me🙏🏻. Special thanks to Stephane from front desk / manager on duty(not sure about the spelling of his name ), the Executive Lounge lady on duty, Rita from front desk, F& B manager and Chinese restaurant staff. Proximity of a lake, shopping mall and shops brings added value.😀

It was a shame that the Lobby Bar was closed. There was no live music ( like there used to be).

IT WAS GOOD . IT IS A LARGE BREAKFAST TRIP . 100 METRE LONG . VARIETY OF JUICES .

VERY GOOD . THIS IS THE BEST IN YIXING . PEOPLE SPEAK ENGLISH .
