the hotel carpet was smelling bad. staffing standard reduced … the breakfast beef was spoilt , then no care for long staying guests … the rates offered in hotel was worse than booking .. never buy direct

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the environment.
The swimming club is fantastic. Various slides to use for different ages.
There is no planned access for people with disabilities. Though with the help of the staff, our child with special needs was normally taken through the staff only elevator to access the restaurant and the pool area.

the outside needs a little more care, but the inside is absolutely beautiful!!!

The breakfast will score below par for me. Meals were poorly presented and pastries tasted and smelled stale. The omelette and mushrooms were my favourite. The in-room dining was very nice and the separately ordered meals.

Breakfast was very good, members of staff were friendly and always quick to help. The location was perfect as I could go everywhere I needed to go with ease and was able to avoid traffic.

The swimming pool was fantastic. Staff were very polite especially the restaurant manager. The saxophonist on Saturday night was excellent
The rooms are very tired looking and desperately needs upgrading. Especially since it's supposed to be 5*!
The restaurant could do with more vegetarian choices too.
Breakfast needs choices for vegetarians. The potatoes had run out on Monday and we were told there was no more....it was only 9am!
