The facilities are overall very nice. The lobby area is wonderful, and the hotel bar offers Italian-style coffee. The dinner and breakfast buffets are large and tasty with Nigerian and international options.

My room was underwhelming for the price tag. It could have been cleaner; there was visible dirt on the ground and the bathroom corners (nothing extreme, and the bed was clean). I was given a single bathroom towel that was stained and rugged. The bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance. The A/C was noisy even on the lowest fan setting. And wifi in my room was too slow for video meetings. I can live with all of this, but I am disappointed because of the high price of this hotel compared to other options in Lagos.
