The environment

The location was great, exceptional customer service, serene and discret environment and lovely staff.

They can improve on their sewage system. The odour from the toilet is quite offensive.

The free ride from hotel to destination was beyond my expectations

i chose this property because it was close to the marriage registry as i was getting married. but it became extra great when i realized it was also very near a lot of good restaurants that were opened late, lots of night life, there were grocery stores that were convenient to get to in the area and this made i and my husbands stay very pleasant. i loved the continental breakfast every morning, which two lovely and friendly young ladies who worked the front desk took time to bring up to our room which was much appreciated. all the staff at this location were very friendly, i loved the personality of the handsome young man who helped keep our room clean, all the gate men were very very helpful and friendly as well. me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cleanest of the room was bad dusty and dirty behind the windows AC was not working, had to change room 3 times poor room condition Not much choice of breakfast, giving the same breakfast every days, some days they dont even bother Poor room condition fridge was very bad condition damp in some of the room no signal , tv not working no kitchen services, no microwaves, wasted a lot of money on takeaway, no where to warm food

Staffs was friendly,respectful and helpful,...room air-condition was good,the water heater was okay

the management should improve in cleanliness, the bathroom was not clean,the cabinet in the bathroom is dirty, the washer sink was dirty,the shower tap needs to be fixed, you can literally see dirts by the bed side cos the mattress didn't fit properly.............apart from the cleanliness issues, every other thing is ok,no TV channel options, just one channel
