I never liked anything. Bad internet, only one staff was welcoming, the rest were not at all

Their food was bad, internet was bad, bad customer service

The reception and staff were very friendly and very welcoming throughout my stay. The room was very clean and I loved the shuttle service provided by the hotel for free. I also really loved that you have the option of eating breakfast at any of the Eko hotels which is a huge plus as you get the chance to experience all the hotels. The dinner was exceptional and loved the local food.

The hotel doubles as an event center and loses serenity and comfort as a result. the noise from outside made the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast was disappointing too.

The manager on duty was helpful

First the facility is very poor the worse I have stayed in in recent times. The bathroom had moulds, tye facility needs a face-lift. The food is horrible. Their red Chinese restaurant made an extremely salty meal for me.

breakfast options, only 1 high chair available for breakfast, for family of 4 only 2 towels, y1 face cloth and 1 complimentary bottle of water made available in spite of asking. Terrible personal hygiene issues for some staff (in particular the person that came to set up the cots). Rooms smelt very musky on arrival. Floors were dirty and were not mopped during our stay. House keeping knocked on door around 0900 to clean room way too early and woke us up but never did come back.

It was just ok

Frontage of the hotel needs redoing, bathrooms needs replacement and light fixtures need to be better fixed.
