Friendly staff Location, outside zone

Broken outside sofas. Buffet, food in general was poor. Outdated bathroom Overpriced

Hotel was OK with basic rooms but for Sheratons Standards they could have been alot better.

It was perfect

Breakfast was good however alot of the time the various food selections required replenishing as they were finished.

Service at outside restaurant/ bar facility was very slow. I waited 45 minutes for my food order and up to 20 minutes for the bill.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and polite Hotel is old and not clean Bathrooms were dirty

The toilets are old and with permanent dirty and irritating toilet seats. The rooms are also old; the paints cannot undo it. The staff made the experience horrible before I even checked in. First off, even after responding to a message I sent via Booking.com, they still claimed they couldn’t find my reservation. Wasted an hour with the attendant who was clueless on Booking.com reservation but instead asked me to make a new reservation directly with them and ignore the one on booking.com. I requested if I could check in by 12pm and they said I would have to pay extra charges to check in early!!! As a Bonvoy member whose widely traveled this made no sense as I’ve never heard that in any part of the world. Breakfast experience was horrible. They wouldn’t even let you eat first before bringing a bill and trying to sort it out. Same staff that are quick to bring a bill will forget to bring your tea!!!!!! And will only bring it after you reminded them after you were done with breakfast!!!! The staff are really badly trained. A security personnel jumped in front of our vehicle and screamed at our driver instead of simply directing him on the right route. For a hotel as pricey as theirs, we had to beg to be given shower caps and waited 15 minutes before the request was made before we finally got shower caps. This hotel clean only prioritizes money with zero attempts to make guests comfortable

The ambiance. All the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I also loved the food. There were varieties to choose from. And something for my picky eater toddler to enjoy.

The car park is a bit far from the entrance/reception. I remember conveying my boxes from the car, it was a lot and tiring. It would be nice if staff are allocated at the entrance of the hotel to spot guests struggling with luggages and come to assist.

The Chicken peppersoup was terrible
