The hotel toilet facility such as the shower cubicle was always flooding with blocked floor drain. The toilets facilities should be upgraded.

It was well located, quiet with courteous staff

Requires some upgrade for example in the area of keyless entry into rooms. I also believe the water and other drinks were a bit too expensive.

The facility is clean, the staff are helpful and the check in and check out procedures were fast.

There is no sign post to identify the building so there was a little difficulty in identifying the place.

The rooms are fairly comfortable, had a good rest every night. Every night they offered a different special meal for the evening which seems to be very good. Good flavors in the food, large portions.

The breakfast is inconsistant. They do not tell you what you may or may not have for breakfast. My breakfast was included and the one morning I order an American breakfast, they simply added mushrooms and two vienna sausages and charged me for the breakfast. Also no cereal offered, no juice offered, some days fruit, others not. They surely can work on the breakfast layout. I asked for French toast and received 3 eggs.

the television had only 4-6 channels with static noise on one channel and another 2 channels were fuzzy

Good wifi signal, warm shower water, good sir conditioning unit, close to several places in Victoria Island, professional bellmen, secure and safe.

At check-in, I was not advised of all the hotel amenities. The hotel had no clothing iron to loan guests. I asked just to borrow a clothing iron or steamer for 5 minutes and the lady at the front desk dismissed my request and showed no desire to help. I recommend the hotel purchase at least one iron for future guests who may need it.
