Location was the best and the cleaning lady was an amazing person!

I didn't expect the place is that old , I guess it's really common for the capital with all those old buildings . It was clean , but sharing shower and bathroom, not my thing at all , I didn't expect that . Definitely not what I saw on the pictures!

The building was old and smelly, with no proper sign to indicate the guesthouse. There was a cockroach on the desk, the bed was okay but the rest of furniture was sticky. The kitchen was dirty, smelly, old. Not a place where to cook or eat anything

Nice location in the centre of Sofia. Very clean shared bathroom and toilet. Sufficient room size. The kitchen has all you need to prepare simple rooms. Seems to be a great choice for Sofia

The kitchen was not as perfectly clean as the bathroom and the toilet.

The location is perfect. It's located only a few minutes from NDK metro station parallel to Vitosha Blvd pedestrian part. Around it are many great places and shops. Hygiene was amazing. Even though the showers and toilets are shared they were very clean throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable and the room had all it needed. I would suggest to everyone that prefer cold to pay extra for the air-conditioning. It was a decent spring weekend and I didn't need to do it but would definitely do if I am there during late spring/summer. Hosts were great and their communication is top notch. An exemplary customer service. They have informed me that during my stay there will be a large group of students from Italy and that they cannot guarantee silence ( due to not having nightshifts) and would cancel free my booking if that affects my decision. I went forward with it and had a reasonably quiet stay. Sleeping during the night was without any problems and communication was perfect with the students. When I asked them if they could close the doors and make the sound barrier they did it with a smile. After all they are young and it was a weekend. We were both equal guests of the hostel (hope they had fun in Sofia). Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Only downside was the WiFi signal that was not very strong. Must be due to a router position as the reviews I read before making this booking stated quite the opposite. But I didn't need it that much so no issues there.
