Excellent location; host was very accessible! Property was very nice: decor and accommodations top shelf! Unbeatable for a family stay!!!!

This place is amazing! I have always preferred hotels to VRBOs due to the amenities, but due to our changing family situation with a couple of young kids, hotels are just not practical for us. That being said, this place was just incredible and I would put in on par with stays at Ritz-Carlton or hotels of that caliber. Check in process was very smooth. Dolly took care of everything. Parking was in a private garage under the building. We had a problem with the elevator but she made sure everything was taken care of ASAP. The property itself is quite breathtaking. Huge open spaces. Views of the ocean. Extremely clean. Large balcony. Very modern. Very comfortable beds. It has everything else we needed like the full kitchen, laundry, etc. I think the best part is the access to the Marriott Beach Club. You have full access to the huge pool (great for kids), beach chairs/towels, gym, and a discount at the on-site restaurants. I am always a little weary of places that aren't immediately beach front because they can vary in how far they are from the beach and how easy that access is. With this place, if you walk out the front door, you would be at the public beach in maybe 60 seconds. It is extremely close. We used the Marriott beach for the chairs, drinks, etc and its about a 3-5 minute walk on a sidewalk to get into the resort. Then you walk through the hotel and past the pool to get to the beach. Overall, this place was perfect for our family. 5/5.

Dolly was always right there, just a phone call away, to answer any questions. Place was very clean. Wonderful to have ur own space yet steps away from the amenities of the hotel, best of both worlds! Would highly recommend!!

This is a fantastic luxury rental to enjoy with family or friends. The condo is gorgeous and super clean, just as in the photos, and the owner managers are extremely nice and helpful. They provide full access at no additional charge to all beach, pool, sport and spa facilities at the adjacent Marriott Harbor Beach Resort. The hosts also keep a big collection of sand toys, noodles and inflatable water rings available for guests to use. Our three generation family stay included kids ages 3 and 5, and we all had a wonderful time!

Beautiful place and area!

When I booked this place I thought it was too good to be true, but the pics don’t lie. The condo was awesome and access the Marriott next door is a great added touch. Dolly was great to work with and helped with any questions. I would definitely recommend the rental of this property.

Everything was exactly as pictured. Wonderful place and all of the Marriott amenities made it even better!

The four of us had a great time. The condominium is as described and as you see it in the pictures. Beautiful wide open bright spaces, and great views of the ocean. Dolly is fantastic. Walk North and you are just paces away from the entrance to the public beach, beautiful. Walk south only a couple of minutes and enter the Marriott resort. The club passes there are fantastic. There’s a Starbucks on the way to the beach. There are four chairs and a couple of umbrellas that are complementary with the property and the beach staff were great setting them up. 20% off food and beverages as well . Then, at the end of the day, a short walk-through the Marriott grounds, and then back to your retreat away from the crowds-quiet and spacious. Overall a great set up to enjoy a Fort Lauderdale beach vacation.

Dolly greeted us at check in and walked us through all of the amenities and everything the building has to offer. It was better than the pictures! Spacious, renovated, modern and GREAT views. Whenever I come back to Fort Lauderdale, my family and I will definitely stay here. 5 stars for sure!

We enjoyed this condo and ammenites. There was plenty of cookware to cook fabulous meals. The only negative was the noise when sitting on the lanai. This came from surrounding buildings and tour busses.

Spacious, clean, convenient and loaded! This penthouse condo was perfect for our stay in Ft Lauderdale. Dolly was wonderful to work with and she was very hands on and easy to reach. Parking was great! Accommodations were adequate for 5 friends and myself & husband for a volleyball tournament. We used 2 air mattresses along with all the beds. The Marriott amenities were also such a great bonus! Will definitely stay again if in Ft Lauderdale in the future. Prime location!! Walk to beach.

Everything was easy. Dolly and Barbara were very easy to work with and were quick to answer every question we had. Excellent location and amenities. The condo was beautiful and we are looking forward to our next stay at the exact same place

There was a group of 6 for girls weekend and this unit was everything that is portrayed in the pictures. Great location and the use of Marriott across the street was awesome! Dolly was quick to respond to any questions we had (including 11:45PM for WiFi password). It was cold when we were there so the only thing that I would suggest is having more than 2 blankets. Minor detail. Will definitely be back!

We loved the space we had while still having access to resort amenities. Everything as advertised. Host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Amazing property and location!

From ease of booking, arrival, and extended departure the property did not disappoint. Best of both worlds. Spacious condo with hotel amenities at the Marriott.

We had a fantastic stay at the penthouse unit. Dolly was such a great host and was very quick to respond to any concerns. The location is right next to the Marriot Harbor Beach and includes passes to use their amenities (huge perk). Will definitely stay here again!

Place was great. We had a excellent time and would go back. With tbt Marriott property being part of the unit is key. Dolly was great to work with.

This place was as advertised. Everything went as we hoped and the place was perfect for our family. Use of the Marriott was a game changer. Having access to chairs and umbrellas on the beach every day was perfect. We will come back.

Loved our stay. The property is very nice and clean. Dolly was really good about giving us a detailed walkthrough and making sure we had everything we needed on our stay. The additional club passes for the Marriot were a huge plus, that we used multiple days. Would definitely recommend this property and we will likely stay here again on our next trip to FL.

This was our first experience staying at a VRBO. I researched for hours and came across this wonderful property! I would definitely stay again here in a heartbeat. It is amazing, spacious, clean and the amenities with the Marriott Beach Resort excellent! The wrap around balcony offers spectacular views of the ocean. Any questions you had about your stay they were very responsive . Highly recommend this place!
