Its very modern apartment, fully contained . Perfect location , 10-15mins walking distance to almost everything. Apartment was so clean with some complementary fruits,water,coffee,tea .. Full speed wifi with big smart tv , upstairs tv in bedroom also . there is also a home office table, chair snd drawers . Its even little garden on each floor ❤️ Otis , who managing apartment is so professional and very kind .We arrived earlier and he managed to come and check us in . We are so in love with this apartment and definitely we will come back .

Location was excellent, many good restaurants nearby. It's near the subway, but I ended up walking to all my destinations as it was quite convenient.

The company failed to inform me on how to pick up the keys beforehand, despite several emails reminding them to do so. At 10:30pm I called their 24-helpline, whilst stuck at the front door. The staff on duty could not tell me WHERE to get the keys, did not offer ANY solutions. She would not give me the contact of her supervisor, because "it will get me fired". I was literally left stranded in the middle of a city I've never visited before. I ultimately, RENTED a hotel room nearby so I didn't have to sleep on the streets. Called the office the next day, THE SAME PERSON PICKED UP and had the audacity to ask me "how was my night". I was exhausted and couldn't risk losing the entire payment, so I went ahead and got the keys. As mentioned above, the location was great. Apartment was a bit worn down, but acceptable. So word of advice, if you need to check in late and get your keys from a "locked box", make sure you get the info ahead of time. The hotline will offer you ZERO help and leave you stranded at night.
