Centralized and quiet location

There was no towel in the bathroom to clean spillover, so the room became messy after each bath.

The bed was comfortable with clean sheets and the room was clean. There was hot water to have a nice shower. The location is a good distance from the airport, mall, restaurants and shops.
The TV channels were not it. Nothing good to watch. A smart TV would have been better. There was mold on the walls and ceiling and the wardrobe rack was broken. Only one coffee cup was provided in a room for two guests. The hotel corridors were very messy.

Love the location. Very close to the airport And affordable.
The manager was kind enough to allow my baby brother (9 year old) to have free breakfast in the morning.
Would prefer better customer service. At some point, they refused to help with the lift to the ground floor. It was an issue as my mother was struggling to use the stairs.

The Front Desk staff and security teams were amazingly nice and friendly.
The facilities looked old. The beddings, room, AC, and bathroom need an overhaul.

I liked everything it’s a great place except for the fact I couldn’t order a meal i ordered around August last year, they told me the chef was changed, that’s not good. Your chef should be able to prepare everything you have on your menu.

I so much fell in love with the food.
So yummy... I ordered for Semolina, Egusi soup with Assorted meat.
The telephone shower is not working plus the fact that they didn't provide another option.

The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was brilliant.
I didn't like the bathroom. The wall tiles need attention as it had mould in the grotting. The floor coverings too needs attention. Also, some of the towels were dirty. It looked like it was used by the previous occupants, so were the bed linen.
