Plenty of room and everything well set up for guests.
I can see why this is a popular bach.
Excellent value.
We will certainly recommend it to friends and family, also we would want to book here again on any future visits.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location - at the top of Hanmer Springs, but not looking out over the village, right on the forest! Really felt private and remote up in the mountain forest. Beautiful location! Cosy and warm in the middle of winter. Great for the family. Would love to return.

Lovely comfortable home, enjoyed the quiet soundings and the native bird songs. Lovely sunny deck with a great outlook over the forest, one of the best stays we have had.

Fantastic cabin to stay in. It has everything you need. Beautiful fireplace, comfortable beds, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. We sat on the verandah for hours with that view which is breathtaking. Outside the night stars were incredible to see so many. Would definitely Stay there again next time we NZ.

Climbed Conical hill, faraway scenery, would liked to have seen snow. Other bush walks reminded me of Middle earth, where were the elves!!!!!. Walked the sculptured forest, amazing

We were delighted with our stay. It was perfect for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the fire. Great walk into town. Loved all the walks around Hanmer and of course the hot pools.

We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing/staying at the beautifully located, peaceful and attractive place. The house is well equipped/furnished, with everything in a pretty good condition and user-friendly. Would gladly return there and recommend it as a pleasant place to stay. ☺

love the house and every thing. bedroom door fell to bits on me. put it back together best i could but needs longe screws and more of them .i think it had done this before.the niegbours with the small dog have issues with out of towners not interested in being in a converstion which is ok. when i left only time i heard them . the werent dierectly speaking to me but it was all bout out of towners fu....off to where to come from and so on. i did not make any noise only went out once in myute honhestly dont know what there problem was.. they should have and see me.

This property was very warm and despite being rainy for the first day we had plenty of entertainment options and a gorgeous day the second day checking out the forest trails. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous stay at Fiona's property. It had everything we needed, and the view was so relaxing - amazing to have the direct view up into the forest and mountains. We will definitely be back!

Great location, 10 min walk into town centre but located close to all the main walking tracks for those keen on biking or hiking into the hills. Well appointed - Netflix is a great bonus!

Loved how it felt so secluded but was actually very close to town. Cosy and warm - we loved having a fire. We had a really great time and would love to come.back!

An ideal place for a weekend in the alpine area with a real 'kiwi bach' vibe. A magnificent log burner that heats the whole house. Comfy beds and great facilities.
Only question mark is that it can be a tad tricky to locate the driveway, especially after dark.

Absolutely loved staying in this warm welcoming home. Looking out onto the Forrest in the morning very peaceful. Has everything you need. Only wish we had brought our mountain bikes as well.
