I was surprised by the hotel considering Ibis is low budget. Indeed a good choice for a family to stay.

I wish there was a door to the bathroom. we had our son stay with us and it made privacy for changing a bit difficult

The noise outside the hotel. It is not possible to stay in an hotel that has not taken care of how to limit the night noise coming from pubs and restaurants in the area. We had problems to sleep until 2 a.m. We have been in many other hotels in central areas of a city, but they usually take care of how to limit external noise (through a better windows' soundproofing).

I cannot stress this enough: DIRTY VERY VERY DIRTY!! From the sheets on the bed (which had blood stains) To the yellow stained toilet seat, the dusch area … Well everything! Avoid at all cost!

Good Location to shops and all the attractions. Good place to start or end a trip to Crete. You could pick up rental after your stay, or drop rental off before your stay. Near airport. A short taxi ride to hotel. Close to rental for cars. Great buffet breakfast with hot and cold food. Beds very comfortable. Room very clean.

If you were driving own car or rental, no parking.

Location is convenient to the old town and the airport. Clean hotel. Hotel uses the central parking so you’ll get a discount on parking.

Extremely uncomfortable beds! I would not stay here for more than 1 night and only if absolutely desperate. Strange door arrangement to the bathroom. Views from balcony of ugly buildings.

this is my second stay in this hotel. everything is good from location to staff to cleanliness to breakfast . we even got upgraded for free.
