The location. Nothing else is good

Staff were extremely rigid. Arrived at 230pm with a young child to do check in and guest services simply just said no, the check in time is strictly at 3pm. I asked nicely if there's possibility to do the admin work first she then replied again with flat-NO. Check in is at 3pm. If you want early check in its is at 10,000won per hour. During check out, they just asked me to put the cards at the counter. I think i have better experiences dealing with robots. One wonders why they are in the hotel services. Also, despite the nicer renovation, cleanliness is dubious. I found a pair of fake eye lashes left over at the side of the sink from the previous guest. Absolutely zero hospitality. Such a shame.

The location of the hotel and the size of the room. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. The spacious air-conditioned double room provides a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, soundproof walls, a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe as well as nice city view. It is only a short walk to the Lotte Duty Free shopping center. There are a lot of restaurants nearby especially the best fried chicken restaurant, BHC. The airconditioner works very well and keeps the room always nice and cool. The bathroom is big and very clean with nice fancy bidet.

Bed was comfortable, convenience store within the property.

Parking spaces tight. Room was warm because the aircon doesn’t work due to change of season. Had to open the window but ended up getting feasted on by mosquitoes, my child got at least 10 bites. Toilet was very noisy and the sensor light was very annoying. Toilet glass door felt dangerous because it is heavy and kept swinging. Was really worried my child’s toe would get caught. Breakfast was lackluster, non-appetizing and expensive. Restaurant looks run down, coffee was disgusting. Service and English speaking skills are non-existent. On my check out, my child touched the railing and the service staff snapped at him “no touch no touch”. Worst stay of my 1 week trip in Jeju.

Good location, rooms are clean and well maintained

While we appreciate the free carpark provided, the entrance to the carpark (back of hotel) is a great challenge! The road is always congested with cars parked on both sides. Hence if you have a big car, it’s super challenging to manoeuvre your way to carpark, and the carpark space is also very narrow. But we appreciate a staff who was always there at B3 to help guide the parking process.

Well located, value for money. Staff are nice and helpful .

No laundry room. No coffee in the room

Has a lot of retails and food and beverages outlets in the premises.

No air con system is provided and thus, there is only a small window for ventilation. There are alot of mosquitoes and the mosquito insecticide didn’t work.

Location was good! Just 10-15 mins away from the airport by taxi. Lots of good food around within walking distance. Had a bath tub which was great :)
