Lots of room and very well equipped house for a large group of people. House a little more aged than appears in the photos. The pool needed a vacuum but was a little cool to swim. Very good location .

This house was exactly what we required for family holiday. Easy access, plenty of room to spread out, quiet area, fully equipped. No problem hiring an extra cot for under 2's. Easy walk to Pacific Fair. Bit further to beach but no problem. Perfect house to hang out in the pool or on either outside deck. Very helpful host ..... thanks Steve. Would absolutely recommend. 😊

Was a great place for a family group. Spacious, and had everything required. Lots to do while in the house, pool, swimming, Netflix, foxtel etc. the host was great. Location was fantastic. Beds comfortable. Overall I was very satisfied.

Close enough to all the action (walking distance) but far enough away to enjoy the serenity surrounding the property, including pool, on the waterway, enteraining deck and night lights views. Large home which is very well equipped for all your catering needs, and ample space for all the family

The perfect holiday home. An abundance of areas to suit all guests from the 3 lounges, pool table, pool, games and video games to entertain all levels. The outdoor area and dock are nice and relaxing spaces. Everything you could ask for in the kitchen, including coffee machine. Close to Pacific Fair and the beach. The host was quick to respond and helpful.

Stayed here for a week with 4 generations of family. There was plenty of room for everyone and the pool and the activity rooom upstsirs were a big hit. Everthing was there that we needed and the host was very good to deal with. Would highly recommend this property

This property was clean, comfortable awesome location and plenty of room. The view on the up stairs deck was amazing and a spot where you didn’t what to move from.. Walking distance to pac fair and star casino Pool was handy too with 3 tv areas if you had extended family Do yourself a favor and stay here!!

We were all overwhelmed by the property amazing for a big group. We didn't feel like we were on top of one another. Couldn't recommend enough. The extra details with regards to amenities, kids toys, books, pool floaties, kitchen supplies, extra fridge. Would definitely book again. Extremely central.

I am the mum and my 4 children, spouses and grandchildren stayed all together which was incredible. The house is superb, large, well arranged, heaps of room, so we all fitted great. Pool, pool table, bbq & kitchen used constantly. Great spot. Host was very quick to respond. Loved it....

This was the perfect property to accommodate our party of 15 which comprised 9 adults and 6 children aged 2 - 11 years. Great location close to Pacific Fair, restaurants etc yet very quiet and private. Steve was an excellent host and very responsive to any requests.

This home offered us so much space for our family reunion. The kitchen had ample pots, plates and utensils so that we could cook when we wanted to and a short walk to the beach for dining out. Great outdoor spaces also. Quiet neighbourhood with off street parking. 10 min walk to Pacific Fair for retail therapy! Clean and spacious! Great host!

We stayed here 4 years ago, and again this week with the same group of friends from various parts of the country. Our age range is 46-64, no kids. A great home, especially for groups, but feels like it has been let go and maintenance a bit forgotten. At the price point it is, for the condition the home is currently in, I’m not sure we would stay again unless a bit of time and money was spent on maintenance and upgrades. Things like better outdoor area lighting, particularly downstairs in seating area outside. Upgrade of BBQ area, upgrade of kitchen fridge, clean of washing machine dispenser, putting away pool floats from previous guests, upgrade to more functional outdoor dining setting, etc. Just small things, but they add up. IIn saying all that, the check in and check out process was smooth, the property manager is easily contactable, and it’s a really great sized home with excellent layout in awesome location. And the only other frustrating thing was the next door neighbours tradie playing hard core techno music from 8am -11am on the second last day outside whilst doing work. Not the owners fault but annoying all the same.

A fantastic property that suited our every need. Located close to all the action that the Gold Coast has to offer. Each room is generous in size and the house amenities are first rate. The coffee machine saved us a fortune as no take aways required. I would highly recommend this property to large family groups looking to share a fun holiday experience together. We had 3 families stay very comfortably in the house. Very well equipped. Highlight is all the different living spaces available, easy for kids of all ages to be entertained. Pool table was a hit with the adults too. Location is great. Walking distance to Pacific Fair. Lime bikes easily accessible nearby, and easy ride to beach if you dont have a car. Property was beautiful, house was nice and clean on arrival but the pool was a bit dirty. Beautiful view in the morning and lovely property manager.

At first it looked a bit odd when we reached because we had never seen the property from the main entrance but where every surprised by the property when we reached. The openness and quietness of the neighborhood was amazing. The house itself was outstanding, with so many rooms and views from the property. Overall it’s a 10/10

Loved our recent stay for a family getaway to celebrate my Big 0 birthday! The house has everything you could need down to plastic cups etc for the kids. Great location, walking distance to Pac Fair, GLink and Broadbeach yet nice and quiet. Steve was easy, prompt and accommodating to deal with. Enough room for us all to spread out and have our own space. Drinks fridge in laundry is great as main fridge quickly filled with all our food. Will definitely stay here again next time! We had a wonderful stay, great communication and check-in from the start. The house is extremely comfortable with great amenities and easy access to great spots in the Gold Coast. Perfect for a family or large groups!

All 10 adults ages 65 - 76 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy walking distance to beach, shops. Plenty of room to spread out and spend some quiet time. Coffee machine got a real work out.

Had a great stay with our family & friends for a long weekend reunion. Steve was great to communicate with, highly recommend.
